Charming and traditional, the Kulm Hotel exceeded our expectations with its spacious rooms and exceptional service. From the warm welcome at check-in to our departure, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Dining at the Peruvian-style restaurant was a highlight. The expansive spa provided the perfect retreat after a day on the slopes, complete with top-notch facilities. The convenience of on-site ski gear rental was a pleasant surprise, making our stay hassle-free. While we typically stay in smaller boutique hotels, our experience at the Kulm in St. Moritz has shown us the allure of staying in a grand hotel.

A beautiful hotel perfectly location in the heart of St Moritz. The hotel boasts a warm and very hospitably feeling from the moment you arrive. Rooms are spacious, elegant alpine feeling and decore with warmth and personality. Breakfast is divine and views from about every dining outlet have you looking out over the lake and up at the mountains. Service was over the top!

I was really impressed by the kindness of everone (staff is greeting friendly in Italian which I liked), the rooms were in a very good shape, and the unique charm of the interior that brings you in a different era. Due to my job, I‘m travelling a lot. These are the things, that I found particularly good - blanket (soft and light yet warm) - Spa for women only - view from the pool (one inside and one outside and a separate one for kids!) - breakfast buffet was really rich - the meeting room was top noch. Room was bright, big and with state of the art tec equipment. Normally in ***** the meeting rooms are very unpractical.

From the moment we were picked up at the train station until we departed we were treated like family. The staff at the hotel are excellent and remembered us from previous stays. The updated room was outstanding and very well furnished. We were greeted by management upon our arrival and departure. To us the Kulm is the only place to stay in St.Moritz.

Very enjoyable two day short stay. The room facing the lake was cosy and relaxing. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating- Luca the Concierge and Joanna on reception were worth singling out for positivity. It is a very large hotel but it still felt comfortable and positive. Would recommend

From start to finish, the stay at the Kulm in St.Moritz was a Winter dream come true! Together with our 6year old son, we traveled by train from Zurich - a magic experience by itself that I recommend to anyone, especially in winter. We were picked up at the train station and brought to the hotel ("Gregory" (I think) our driver was especially caring about our son and we were welcomed with hot tea and hand towels at reception. We were lucky to be upgraded to an amazing corner suite room with large balcony overlooking both the frozen lake and the village. The room looked like it was brand new - just made for us! With beautiful pine wood finish, modern but alpine chic furnishing. I'll never forget the smell of fresh wood from room! The staff was welcoming from start to finish: from the drivers over the amazing clefs-d'or concierges to the house keeping staff and waiters in the bar and breakfast room. Kids get a bracelet for being "Very Important Kids" and may request sirup or ice cream for free with any server throughout the house! Also, they offer 2 kids clubs, depending on age of kids with activities. We were especially pleased by the pool with in and outdoor pool, kids pool (for small kids), saunas (one for ladies and one mixed) and kneipp baths! And to finish off this review, my personal highlight was the breakfast. With at least 3 buffets (cereals / fresh fruit / fresh cheeses and egg station (loved the eggs benedict) we spent an hour having our delicious breakfast. We'll keep the Kulm in our best memories and can't wait to go back!

During our trip from Ticcino to St. Moritz, we visited the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz. The hotel had a remarkable ambiance and stunning views of the snow-capped mountains. We enjoyed an evening tea at the Altitude Bar, where live music was playing. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service. We also tried the raspberry tart, which was delicious. We extended our stay and rested for the night thanks to the comprehensive package offered by Leana at the front desk. The room we were provided with had a facility for a baby cot and a picturesque view of the mountain. During dinner, we visited the Grand Restaurant, which had an elegant room with good atmosphere and excellent live piano music. The restaurant served two set menus, including buffet and fish options. We ordered Palak Paneer with Jasmin Rice, which was not prepared to our satisfaction. The server attempted to persuade us that Papadam was the Jasmin rice, which was disappointing. The Palak Paneer dish was not prepared correctly, and the second course lacked taste and presentation. The cost of a three-course meal without alcoholic beverages is approximately CHF 272 per two persons. The food and restaurant experience was rated 2 out of 5. During our trip, we had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that provided exceptional service and amenities. The hotel's breakfast buffet was not only meticulously arranged but also featured a variety of local produce and gastronomies that were impeccably presented. The staff provided top-notch service, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. We were fortunate to be accommodated in the recently renovated section of the hotel. The amenities provided were impressive and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond in catering to the needs of our 8-month-old baby. They efficiently arranged for a wooden baby cot, complete with a cot bed bumper, a small pillow, a baby nappy changing pad, toys, a nappy bin, a baby shower kit, and baby Rob. We were impressed with how quickly and efficiently the staff put together the entire setup in just 15-30 minutes. During our stay, we were pleased to discover that the hotel offered several valuable services for guests. One of these was a complimentary shoe cleaning service that helped us maintain our shoes' neat and tidy appearance throughout our trip. Additionally, the hotel offered a valuables deposit service at the main safe at the reception desk, which gave us peace of mind knowing that our important items were secure. One of the highlights of our trip was a horse-drawn carriage ride that we took around the city, forest, and frozen lakeside. This scenic tour lasted about an hour and allowed us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings while enjoying a relaxing ride. The carriage driver was knowledgeable and friendly, providing us with interesting information about the area and making the experience even more enjoyable.
