Good location and nice staff. Good breakfast. Heater in bathroom only and it was not working. Overall I'm happy with this hotel.

太滿意啦絕對是聖莫里茨性價比之選，聖莫里茨很小酒店就在鎮中心，火車站下來電話酒店馬上來接走的時候送到車站，雖然不遠但是拿行李爬坡挺累，百年歷史裝修古色古香，餐廳很漂亮早餐豐盛，還有游泳池和桑拿房來不及享受，房間雖然不大但設施俱全還有咖啡機，陽台看到一角湖景，前台熱情介紹纜車路線，相比另外兩家五星這家的性價比太高了，冬天滑雪季價格就要翻倍了

Great hotel and location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel bars and restaurants are also recommended! Tchu was a highlight, owner/manager and waiter were amazing as well as the culinary delights.

We stayed here with a tour group for one night. The hotel was a good location in town and walking distance to the shops and the escalator to the lake. We liked our corner room which had a balcony. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. We checked out the pool which seemed nice but we did not swim. We were not impressed with the dinner in the lower level of the hotel. It was pre arranged by the tour company with the hotel. Staff wasn’t overly friendly. Breakfast was mediocre. There were other groups in the room with us for breakfast and dinner which made it kind of crowded. On the night we were there the hotel didn’t seem to have much of a night life.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Steffani. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any enquiries. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and our room was lovely with everything you could want. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of food and drink. Hotel is situated in a good position with plenty og restaurants, shops etc close by. Would recommend and stay here again.

It was close to the center of town and easy to explore. There seems to be a swimming pool, which could be enjoyed all day long. There is a ping-pong table in the room next to the pool, so we could enjoy ping-pong for a while. Breakfast was delicious, with many special dishes prepared by the hotel.

From the large fireplace in the lobby to the indoor pool and full body massages, the place is just special. And the staff are incredibly kind! The complimentary breakfast is quite good, but the room service food is only mediocre. Nonetheless, you’ll not only fall in love with the town but this hotel as well!
