Hôtel Villa Glanum et Spa

Ee were still on the road to the hotel and were welcomed and told the hotel would close at 20.00. We were welcomed at 19.00 and the lady showed us the room. Hotel had large.parking and a secured gate after 20.00. Room was very nice with a mini fridge. We booked with breakfast, which was excellent. Very friendly man making sure the guest had all they needed. Were offered scrambled eggs. Unfortunately it was too windy and cold to take advantage of the nice pool. Will book again when visiting the area.

We found an insect crawling on our bed. So, naturally, we were concerned and presented the pictures and video to the front desk. After calling her manager, they offered to reimburse our stay and allow us to check out of the hotel, which we did. They gave us an email address at another hotel and instructed us to email our banking info for a refund. We did. However, after the day passed I suspected something was not right since there was no refund confirmation. I reached out to them again. An employee responded that they had nothing to do with Hotel Glanum. I reached out to *********** for help. I also sent another email addressed specifically to the manager. Hotel Glanum proceeded to lie to *********** about what had transpired, saying it was a spider and that our room had been upgraded after the incident as a gesture of goodwill. There was never a mention of an upgrade. And our pictures clear show that it was definitely not a spider. They refuse to refund our stay as was promised.

Un super séjour à la Villa Glanum... chambre spacieuse avec une petite terrasse.. la piscine, le parking, les jardins et le spa (sur réservation et supp) ... un paradis et l'accueil adorable. Proche du centre ville Endroit calme et reposant.

Une nuit dans cet hôtel . Accueil charmant. Chambre confortable de facture classique mais agréable … petite terrasse… Très agréable piscine bordée d’oliviers . Cadre reposant pour finir sa journée après des visites . Petit déjeuner correct mais qui pourrait être amélioré avec des produits moins industriels…. ( d’où notre note de 4 et pas de 5 ) ( Service au petit déjeuner d’un monsieur hyper prévenant et sympathique). Nous avons apprécié.

Durant 2 nuits. Hôtel très agréable dans un grand parc magnifique. Personnel accueillant. Petits déjeuners copieux. Chambre spacieuse. Petit bémol : salle de bain un peu petite mais néanmoins très jolie. Parking privé fermé dans le parc. Possibilité d'aller à pied en 10mn (1.2km) au centre de St.Remy.

accueil froid. Pas commerçant du tout .. l impression d économie sur l électricité . Pas de lumière .. pas de service bar.. très froid dans la salle du petit déjeuner . annonce du tarif sur le site et demande paiement en supplément .. quel dommage pour un site aussi sympas. Le serveur du petit déjeuner à relevé un peu le niveau de l accueil. ambiance froide !! Voir même glacée

Vraiment super pour tout , Très bien placé pour des visites de villages de monuments et découverte de la région Cet hôtel apporte tout satisfaction je le recommande il faut absolument y aller Vraiment super dans tous les domaines

Un très bon 3 étoiles, hôtel propre et calme. Le petit déjeuner est gourmand est varié chaque jour. Notre hôte du matin est très accueillante et attentionnée avec chaque client. Le SPA est agréable pour se détendre, son accès à 20€ / heure et par personne me paraît un peu excessif mais c’est le prix à payer pour le privatiser. Une grande piscine pour se délasser et s’allonger sur les transats à l’ombre des oliviers et là aussi la propreté est de rigueur.

Accueil fort agréable, belle chambre confortable, propre et calme aux milieu des oliviers et des cigales. Très bon petit déjeuner. il se situe à environ 1 km du centre ville de St Rémy de Provence. On peut y aller sans problème à pieds. Nous le recommandons.
