The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas

這次入住行政套房，房間很乾凈，客廳的沙發床是1.5米大小，卧室的床很大，房間裏各種桌子茶几沙發很多，客廳卧室都有陽台，很適合一家人出行。酒店有私人沙灘，雖然不大，總好過去外面公共沙灘。酒店自己的幾個餐廳還行，最好提前預訂，我們住了四晚，第一晚直接去Aloro意大利餐廳，被告知衹有9點才有空位。第二天提前預訂，竟然接下來三天都衹有9點，衹好放棄這家餐廳，把其他幾家餐廳都吃了個遍。去參加了酒店的落日巡航，景色很美，船上提供的小點心和三明治吃完，胃口小的基本不用吃晚飯了。

I paid ~1,500 per night for a room at the Ritz - a supposedly 5 star hotel. This is a 3 star hotel. The staff was friendly but the hotel itself is worn down and dirty. 5 star amenities are no where near this place. The food was of 3 star quality. Nothing about this place is 5 star. I’ve stayed in lux hotels all over the world this has been the worst. Based on this I wouldn’t stay at another Ritz…this hotel should lose its flag, be closed and revamped. If not don’t advertise as 5 star it’s 3 star at most. Again dirty, poor food, amenities are terrible, staff is nice but that it, they are slow u knowledgeable and not a lux experience. I never wrote reviews this is my first but need to share so other don’t waste their money. If I had paid 300/night I wouldn’t be upset, but 1,500 was a waste…..The Ritz corporate needs to visit this place….

Spa is adequate, bar is best on the island, Italian restaurant Alloro is excellent, continental breakfast is excellent but expensive. Service is good property is well care for. No elevators up to the rooms access is difficult if you are older or out of shape. Also getting around property is a maze of stairs and ramps, after 3 days I still did not know my way around. Stairs are needed to get to every part of the property.

We had an amazing two nights stay at the Ocean Front room. The facilities at the Hotel is so good, we didn't find the need to go out. We enjoyed the Kayaking, Paddling, Indoor Pool, Private Beach. restaurants. Great Place to stay in St.Thomas. St.Thomas is very crowded and infrastructure is crumbling a lot, so place like Ritz Carlton has created a clean environment for visitors to enjoy the nice sun. Wish the price is little reasonable but given the outside environment, it's worth the ambience inside. I will try Ritz Carlton at some other places also as I have experienced very stay at St.Thomas

Conveniently located on the east side of the island. Quick access to the St John ferry. Beautiful view of St John from the pool / beach area. Great staff! Could use some evening entertainment. Very quiet on the resort after dinner.

Our stay was Absolutely wonderful!!! From arrival to departure and everything in-between was like a fairy tale since we were celebrating our Honeymoon. The staff , the grounds and the food was of the highest quality and we enjoyed EVERYDAY. Will Definitely be returning. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful experience

We absolutely loved the location of the ritz-carlton, however we expected more services, more inclusive options, and definitely more food option. We would've loved to have a tours and excursion included with our stay as well. Overall or stay was great but these few thing would have definitely made it an Amazing trip.

The Ritz was very accommodating and provided a lot of amenities. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended.... expensive but worth the price. We stayed for our honeymoon and everything was great from arrival to departure. We went mid September during the off season and loved that the resort wasnt overcrowded. Opt for the Club lounge the food and unlimited drinks are worth the extra money. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The staff was beyond amazing!!!! Everyone was very pleasant and engaged, they really took time to get to know us and made sure our needs were met. One staff member even got us a honeymoon gift!!! A few ppl we want to highlight are Kimorah and Knoy at checkin; Jadisha, Jemar, Coronthia, Ruth and Shirley in the club lounge; Bellhops Bruce and Dani; Micheal at the front gate; Micah, Shawn and the water activities crew. Thank you all!!! We definitely plan to return.
