Expérience parfaite ! Emplacement idéal pour explorer à pied tous les sites touristiques. Le personnel est amical et le petit-déjeuner est excellent. La chambre est spacieuses.

We stayed two nights at this charming hotel, very well located in the town half (Roman Amphithéâtre side). Our room was a bit small but nicely fitted and quiet. The hotel has a charming breakfast area, with good selection of fresh French food.

Used this hotel as a stop off enroute from Spain to Brittany, . The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the river and very easy to find and sign posted. Significant work has been undertaken to turn this venue into a hotel. The hotel is excellently maintained, stylishly decorated and the rooms were spacious, extremely clean, with very comfy beds. Staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was a slight disappoin**ent, only a continental breakfast is offered. Secure parking was a real bonus. Pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the very pretty town of Saintes. Will certainly stay here again when travelling through France.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city in a pedestrian area, and the rooms are very calm and quiet. They offer private parking but there is also public parking within walking distance. The riverside and the city park are 2/7 minutes away, respectively. Saintes was a lovely find, and this hotal a gem within it.

Well run and conveniently located. We were in easy walking distance to the major sights of Saintes, as well as to some excellent restaurants— L’Insolite and La Table des dix Vins— and a fantastic breakfast bakery, La Boulangerie du Palais. Our room’s air conditioning was a blessing at the end of a hot day of sightseeing.

Great hotel in a. Great town. Nice area. La Terrace restaurant close by I would highly recommend. Really nice room in the hotel. Staff were great.

Lovely hotel in the centre , so very convenient for restaurants, and the historical trail. The room was excellent with tea and coffee and a drinks fridge. The bed was confortable and it was nice to have an extra armchair. We were grateful for the air conditioning as it was very warm during our stay.

This should be described as a Bed and breakfast rather than hotel, no lounge, only breakfast, no bar, and reception empty at one time when we needed access to garage. Convenient parking, but difficult to locate until found reception to ask. Really didn’t appreciate disable room!

Very nice hotel in the middle of town, very convenient, parking available, they even accommodated our too high van in another garage of the hotel, beds were very comfortable, room a decent size, breakfast buffet was very good. The bathroom didn't have a strong enough fan, so when you take two showers in a row, the steam makes the entire bathroom wet and it stays like this for hours. So it's always very damp in there and a damp smell. The floor also flooded slightly and the water never went until we used a towel. Plus the shower curtain is out of cloth, so it also stays damp for a long time and contributes to the wet smell. They also didn't offer any vegetarian milk nor gluten-free bread at the breakfast buffet.
