素敵な場所でしたが、ホテルの廊下のカーペットに折り目がたくさんついていて少し危険でした！ 滞在中、トイレのタンクが2回も壊れました。 水差しも交換しなければなりませんでした。 鋭利なナイフがなかったので、自分で購入しなければなりませんでした。 サンダルはなく、フォーク、ナイフ、スプーンしかありませんでした。 アイロン台もありませんでした。 プールは最高でした。

家族といつもとは違うクリスマスを過ごしました。環境は素晴らしく、生活は快適で、交通の便も良く、忘れられない経験となりました。

冬ですが、ここの環境は美しく、静かで、料理もでき、子供たちはとても満足しています。

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless and everything was prepared with great care to make our stay enjoyable. The location is also great, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. It was definitely an experience that exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! ❤️

Lost high-value item after check-out. Housekeeping and management were unable to recover it. Police report filed. Be extremely cautious with your valuables in room.

Everything exceeded expectations, with a convenient location near local shops and tenpin bowling. However, the air conditioning was insufficiently warm with low fan speed, and the plantation shutters were outdated, with some not closing properly. When I explained this to the reception staff, they were very apologetic. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here—an absolutely fantastic place.

Pros- reception staff are nice and welcoming. Place is clean. Plenty of tea n coffee in the room. Unfortunately it was a bit cold for me to swim in the lagoon but there are a few warm but small spas to have a dip in. There is also a steam room and a restaurant(expensive) Cons- the room did not have a wall socket next to the bed, it was located on the opposite side of the bed. So had to sit on the chair to charge and use my phone. Then had to leave it on charge there while i slept and then get out of bed to go pick get the phone once charged which can disturb your sleep a bit. The restaurant there has nice food but is expensive, the parmi was $38 and $6 for the drink

This place had everything the pool was cold but it is winter... the spa was great. The room was spacious and very comfortable

It’s a fantastic place to stay as a couple or a family. Kids would love this place. It’s a place just to relax and you won’t need to bother to roaming around anything. It’s next to Town centre all food/ grocery options are minutes drive away. Just need to do pest control service as have seen plenty of cockroaches especially next to the bar.

Room was nice and had everything you need in it including kitchenette. Receptionist could’ve been a bit nicer and the location isn’t the most accessible but good nevertheless. Pool etc is nice.

i had my 37yrs bday celebrated but not satisfy with my stay. coffee stain on the bedside table covered by the phone, cockroach was found near bathroom and bar table and used coffee bag from last guests, shower gel and hair conditioner were empty since we checked in till out, which i did inform the front desk but not fixed, luckily i bring my own! shower room water is leaking pretty bad and gym facilities partly out of order. spa we went wasn't bubble up, partner and I wasn't very happy with the service we got.
