Loved our stay. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier- nothing was a bother. Beautiful room with balcony. Peaceful. Great food. Loved the free shuttle bus to the town centre - very handy. Wish we’d been staying longer.

Would highly recommend to anyone. Friendly and attentive staff, great room, and just an overall excellent stay.

The hotel is in a beautiful location and is a very nice external and internal design.I think it is more of a summer stay location as its a fair walk to Sacombe centre,however it did provide a very good shuttle service.However limited to last pickup around 8-30 pm. The staff where extremely polite and friendly,however it lacked enough of them at weekends.We never had our room cleaned we where there for three days arriving on a friday.And when we arrived at our room there where stains by the wardrobes from spilt coffee and no gin in the complimentary bottle.There where no spa trea**ents available or staff to do this also.The main bar was lacking seating for the number of residents too,and the restaurant was also lacking any a**ospher compared to the main Salcombe Jetty .No doubt it is lovely for the summer months,but i would have stayed at the main hotel if i had a choice for the above reasons.

Location perfect with outstanding views of the coastline. Amazingly peaceful.

We were planning to book a long weekend abroad but saw this hotel and thought, wow! It looked stunning so we saved ourselves the hassle of airports and booked it. We were not disappointed. It is extremely stylish and practically on the beach. Staff were all wonderful - polite and helpful. Food was lovely. Free shuttle bus to and from salcombe town. I would definitely like to return.

Absolutely delightful in every way Especially for me as I’m a severe coeliac and was so relieved they were so careful with my food I ordered and I didn’t have to just omit things . Instead they adapted the meal for me so I coukd everything

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The hotel is in a beautiful location right on the beach and a minibus provided transport into Salcombe, which was so convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We ate in the restaurant 2 nights and the food was amazing. We couldn't fault anything and can't wait to return.

Excellent location with good shuttle service to Salcomb. Clean modern & bright aspect throughout. Warm and friendly staff. Will definitely return.

Welcome by the car park attendant was excellent, very infomative re hotel shuttle service into Salcombe and ferry times. Location fabulous virtually on the beach and our room had a lovely view overlooking the bay. Bed and linen wonderful.The complimentary Salcombe Gin aperitif in the room was a nice touch. Lunch service was excellent on the terrace and extremely enjoyable. Our waitress was very helpful, efficient and friendly. However our evening meal fell short. Having booked a time slot, it seemed we were not expected. The menu selection was very poor especially for a person allergic to fish and shellfish. Our drinks and food took a long time to arrive even after chasing. One dish was overcooked. Apologies were made and accepted but not what we expected. Breakfast was good but lacked a choice of bread/rolls...only bog standard sliced white/brown bread available. However we loved the hotel and surroundings and would return. Also for lunch if in the area.
