Upon arrival there was only one worker who seemed overwhelmed. The computer system kept crashing and it took her restarting it to get it to work. We got into our room and there were no linings or pillows for the sleeper sofa. We called the front desk and were told we had to pick up the linings from the front desk ourselves. The walls are not insulated well and we could hear the tv from the room next door so loudly it kept my kids awake. It took me calling the front desk twice to finally get somwone to get them to turn the tv down. The room itself is a nice size and seemed relatively clean. The pillows on the bed were very lumpy or flat and made it hard to sleep once the nose from next door was stopped.

Could keep breakfast open past 9 since there are no dining options that are walkable outside of Burger King.

Excellent hotel, rooms are clean and spacious. We were traveling through and it is very convenient.

Great place to stop for a rest on a long road trip. Very clean and comfortable, right off the highway, and friendly staff.

Good stay. Clean hotel. Good breakfast selection. Only complaint is they did not switch over the hotel heating unit. I had cool air blowing from the room system. The thermal system was turn to heat in the room, but was blowing cool air. I turn it up to 80 degrees and it still blow cool air. I call the front desk and they said they had no control over the hotel heating and that management control the heating unit.

Hotel was nice. My floor was very noisy at night and early morning. I know this is not something that the employees can control but it made the stay miserable.

Staff was professional and friendly. The room was so clean!!!! We definitely will b staying there in the future.

It was very clean and up to date. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was nice too!

Garbage truck comes at or before 5:00 AM making a TON of noise. Backup beeps. Dumpster slamming. Talked to the staff and was told "never thought of asking them to come during the daytime". Reminded them they are paying this company to come to hotel that is typically occupied at night.
