La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Roanoke Salem

I have nothing but great things to say about staying here. I felt welcomed and was always greeted pleasantly. The girls at the front desk were sweet and kind.

The young man that checked us in upon our arrival was very friendly and helpful... Chit-chatting, a little bit about where we were traveling to or from. After we were settled in he called a room personally and asked us if we were comfortable there, or there was anything we needed, and he brought it up immediately! So, hospitable*****

Early in the evening there was some noise from upstairs (we were on the 1st floor). But later it was quiet. Breakfast was OK. Waffles were good. Did not care for the sausage. Staff very nice and helpful. They recommended Mad and Bob's for dining - great suggestion!

The area was safe and quiet. The staff was super friendly. The room was very clean and looked newly decorated. The breakfast was basic but good, with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal and yogurt. We would definitely stay here again on our way through.

The property is in a great location, just off 95. Rooms were clean and the front desk representative was friendly and kind.

Hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. I had absolutely no problems with check-in or check-out.

I was exhausted from having had a difficult few days, plus a long and exhausting drive, and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind and courteous, and went out of his way to help me with a number of issues. I travel quite a bit and this was the best service I’ve experienced in the past several years!

Third time we’ve stayed here and it’s very nice. Although they charged us to send a jacket my husband left there. Fed-ex! Afraid to look at the cost.

All of the staff have been very friendly. Only down fall is the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.
