Upon check-in, Ernesto made sure that my son and I had connecting rooms. He was welcoming and friendly. Excellent customer service!

This might be irrelevant, but the front desk staff spoke Spanish. I speak Italiano. We had fun comparing Romance languages during check in. Room doors are on the inside. Breakfast was OK, but my boyfriend found the OJ watery. Subway was across the street, but they were closed at 2045, when the sign said open until 2100.

Great place to use as a home base to explore the area, from Fishlake to Capitol Reef, Mystic hot springs….. The staff is super friendly, accommodating; the rooms are comfortable and super clean and the breakfast is great! The pool (cold) and the hot tub are great for exercising too! Definitely recommend!

As two women, we felt very safe in this hotel. The staff was kind and patient. The morning breakfast was stocked and clean. The room itself was simple and cozy. We were grateful for our nice stay here. Thanks!

The staff at the Quality inn were so nice and helpful, they e tenxe my stay with a snow storm that set in, and also the room, lobby and rest of the hotel was prsented with pride and extreme clenliness. Would definatly stay again.

A bit run down and we had to unplug the microwave because it beeped incessantly. It was clean and the breakfast was okay.

Breakfast was a great surprise. It had a variety to choose from. Staff was friendly and super helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

Clean hotel, an easy check in process. the only thing I didnt like was not having some sort of automatic air conditioning system. The a/c unit we had was missing the sticker on the control handle and we could not seem to get the temperature right while we were there.

The night clerk was very kind. Later learned he was the owners son. Although this hotel is a Quality Inn, it is owner operated which is cool because i like supporting the normal, non rich people I pass in life. Rooms and floors in the rooms are clean. The hallway floors aren't as clean due to the muddy parking lot. The hotel is dog friendly for a fee of $20. The owner has a dog in house as well that roams the hotel halls and lobby. New A/C is needed as mine stopped working and was a very old model. The beds are old innerspring so very dated but we slept well enough. The people living in an RV and camper in the parking lot,, was strange & overflow parking is in the mud. In short, we slept well but this owner needs to fix a few things...
