クオリティ イン & スイーツ(Quality Inn & Suites Salina)

Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Bed was extra firm. Staff was nice, although the check-in clerk failed to notify me that a damage deposit was going to be held on my credit card. (It was refunded with no problems.) This is an older facility that is undergoing some remodeling/renovation work. Breakfast was average.

Pool was not available and this was not disclosed when I made my reservation. This is the sole reason that I booked a hotel in Salina and taking my kids on a mini vacay. I was very upset and kids as well to learn this after I paid and checked in. If known I would have gone elsewhere to stay. Feel I should be refunded due to this and could not uncheck out after learning this info.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice at check-in and check-out. Our stay was negatively affected by the fact that there was almost NO hot water in the shower. The water pressure was fine when it was ice cold, but once we tried to turn it to hot, it dribbled like a water fountain in an elementary school. We called the front desk about it and were offered a different room, but we'd already settled in and there really was no guarantee that the hot water in another room would be any better. So, we just decided to deal with it. And...I know that this isn't the fault of the hotel, but there were some rather mischievous kids/teens who were part of a rather large group of guests who insisted on banging on our door and running away over and over and over. It stopped only when I went out into your day room and raised hell. But, like I said, that's not the hotel's fault. But it didn't help, either. The bartender in Legends was quite nice and the service there was excellent.

Did not end up staying, pools out of order, property ran down, compared to pictures.

The outside of the property just seemed a bit run down. Not necessarily unsafe, just very dated. The beds are kind of like "taco beds" (sink in the middle). Didn't get the best night's sleep, but if they did some updating to the rooms and got some new beds it would be a decent place to stay. Breakfast was typical hotel food. Waffle maker, bread,some kind of "egg patties", biscuits & gravy, mini muffins, etc. if you're looking for healthy, yogurt and orange will have to suffice!

Salina is pretty safe. It was not the hilton but hey for $47 per night. Clean and price is my game. I would stay again.

Everything was good except for the hair in the bathroom. Breakfast is not really good.

Nice hotel not far from I-70 but we were falling into the middle of the mattress

Found it remarkably good for the price. I would highly recommend this hotel
