Good hotel to stay in Kuwait

This is my second time at this hotel and I'm very pleased with my stay. I was there on business. The car ride from the airport was quick and convenient. I was greeted at the front desk by Mr. Timraz who was very polite and patient with me. I had a driver (Mr. Nariyan) throughout my stay and he was excellent. The car was clean and he was prompt and polite with great communication skills. The breakfast at AlBustan was tasty with lots of options but what really made it great was the staff, especially Ms. Alyssa who is always smiling and welcoming. By the third day, she asked me if I wanted a latte before I even said anything (I'm so predictable haha!) I also got an upgrade with lounge access which was a nice bonus! The room was cleaned daily (a bit darker than I would like though). The lounge was a good place to go for a cup of tea and a snack after work (all complimentary). I also want to thank Mr. Mubin at the front desk for all his help. I would happily stay here again.

This is a wonderful hotel . I used both the gymn and leisure facilities, and ate in the restaurant for breakfast and the barbecue menu with family The leisure facilities overall are excellent, although your guest changing area is jaded and somewhat basic. The rest of the facilities are excellent, complemented by a wonderful team of helpful, friendly, humble and courteous staff. They are an asset to you. Have you considered employee of the month with a small incentive.? The restaurant, whenever you eat there is excellent. A wide choice of dishes to cater for all palettes Yet another month spent relaxing and enjoying the wonderful facilities of this hotel. Glad when the main pool will be finished as was very noisy at times. Thank you

One of my best experiences in Kuwait. The hotel staff is very welcoming, very helpful to accomodate transportation for you as well. The room is stunning with greats spaces. I have also found a welcoming gesture in the room. It is a highly recommended hotel. I will definitely booking it for my next visit to Kuwait

The worst nightmare of this hotel is the room No. 106 that they assigned to me. It is very old furnished, smelly bathroom, smelly pillows, baige unfriendly room color and cracking wardrobe... I have been provided a room on the second floor that renovation recently. After few minutes, they knock the door that the room is booked for someone else, which lead to move to room 106 without giving any options... The nightmare starts here... I will never ever book this hotel again not in Kuwait only, but also worldwide. A first but hopefully last experience... It ruined my business trip...

Staff is very friendly and always greets you with a smile. Very accommodating and has a lot of activities for kids. A very good hotel for relaxing and the location is also a plus as it is near the seaside.

I’ve been to the Radisson, Blu in Kuwait several times and each visit was awesome!!! The staff go out of their way to make you happy and comfortable. Check in and out was extremely fast and easy. I’ll be back (;

A unique architecture for Kuwait originally old crafts for boats building used for pearls diving & trading. Alhashemi ballroom contains from smaller halls used for different activities( seminars, exhibitions) . I had the pleasure to organise & attend a conference for 5 days. Ms Gabi & Ms Cathy from sales assistant for overcoming all difficulties was beyond expectations: Hall organising, training tools ( mics , projector, flip-charts) was already provided which makes the training goes smooth for both trainers & trainees . Catering was additional bonus food had different variety as well as quantities. Thanks goes to the chef & shemeer for being close to assist during the whole week .Enjoy NK

According to Kuwait standards and other comparable options for a stay this was an excellent choice. Highly recommend and the wonderful breakfast every morning was cherry on top. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Location was great and a lot of other options for dinning nearby walking distance.
