Jumeirah Messilah Beach Kuwait

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa and I must say, it was a truly splendid experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service that made me feel instantly welcomed. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the executive housekeeper, Mr. Gagandeep Chugh. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort were truly commendable. His professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms at the hotel were incredibly comfortable, with beds that were like sleeping on a cloud. I must admit, the comfort was so amazing that I found it difficult to wake up early enough to try the breakfast buffet. However, I have no doubt that it would have been as delightful as the rest of my stay. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Situated along the beautiful Messilah Beach, the views were breathtaking. Whether it was lounging by the pool or taking a stroll along the beach, there was always a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Overall, my experience at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Kuwait. Thank you to Mr. Chugh and the entire staff for making my stay truly unforgettable.

Every thing was nice except the door access was not working for many rooms that we reserved. Breakfast was amazing.

Fast and Early check in . Amazing preparations with many surprises… welcoming staff specially Mr. Gaghandeep , who always goes beyond our expectations . Everything was amazing … I love this place it is our second house …

The location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are excellent. I hope the period of games for children will be more.and ups plag .the staff was very kind im enjoying to stay with my family for two days and i will come back again;)))))))))))))

And I can tell that everything is still perfect. Gagandeep has always been part of my excellent stay. Highly recommended hotel in real few 5 stars hotels in Kuwait.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the Al Jumeirah Hotel. The room was in poor condition, with old furniture that didn't match the high price and Al Jumirah standards. It was full of negativity and made my stay unpleasant. definitely not worth the money

Was okay, but the room service I had bad experience they didn’t deliver the right food that it’s mentioned in the menu. Other than that was okay

The hotel is nice but the pravicy is not good at all plus high noise in the cordors of the floors plus food choices are average needs updating plus the price of the food at all it's not bad but smple stranded 5 stars hotel in low country visitors in the region .
