The hotel is located just a very short walk from its private beach. There is a lovely harbour area nearby with tavernas and bars and the town square is great for an evening walk with plenty of cafes and tavernas to enjoy an evening drink or a bite to eat. Samos is beautiful and it is worth hiring a car to explore the island. The hotel itself is spotless, the rooms modern, clean and spacious. The staff are wonderfully upbeat and polite and nothing is too much trouble. Caterina is a ray of sunshine and really helpful. The food is very tasty with plenty of variety offering authentic Greek dishes and other options such as pizza, pastas etc. They have theme nights too and light relaxing entertainment. We have had the most wonderful stay and will look back on this holiday with lots of fond memories.

Samos is beautiful Kokkari , Pythagoreio to name but two places .The hotel is outstanding,amazingly clean wonderful pool area and dining room. The rooms are again fantastic with the cleaning staff do a grand job. Katrina and all other staff are lovely and friendly always greet you with a smile!

Great place for people seeks for peace and tranquility. Rooms are clean and convenient. The hotel staff are very very friendly. You feel like you are home. They value your requests and opinions. It is a great value for the price. The people of Samos are also welcoming and friendly. Greta place.

The Samian Mare is truly a 5 star hotel, updated, many amenities, clean, professional and well trained staff. The entire staff makes you feel like you are the only one in the hotel and they make your experience pleasant and stress free. Hotel, rooms and amenities extremely clean, open and airy. Food on all levels was incredible, beautifully displayed and fresh. Designated parking for their guests, which is extremely important. We ran into some car issues and the hotel staff did what was necessary to help us in all ways. The hotels manager, Eleftherios is on site through out the day checking that all is running smoothly, everyone is happy and all tasks are done with 100% effort . Can’t wait to go back, have recommended this hotel to many friends and family who have let me know the experience was exceptional. Recommend for anyone and all.

nice clean hotel, friendly staff terrible location no transport offering from the hotel, the towels system is crazy where you have to carry your beach towel for 48hrs and you have to sign a declaring to say you wont loose it, they claim they do this for the environment however rooms towels changed regularly, breakfast and lunch open buffet is terrible, would say cross the road and have a gyro instead. definitely need shoes for the beach and plus no bar or service at the beach

We stayed in the hotel with our 2 boys for 1 week. The hotel has a medium size and is very well designed. It has all facilities and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly but still discrete. You definitely do not feel being a number; they really care about the guests. The food is very good and the hotel is clean. The hotel not located in the city centre, so a rental car is recommended (free parking).

Super friendly staff and top service! Always with a smile and ready to help. Delicious food. The room was clean and tidy. We stayed with our kids and had a relaxing time!

The staff was amazing and helpful in every way. They made us feel like we were home! The room was very clean. The food was tasteful with many choices daily. Loved the greek night event with live music! Totally worth it and highly recommend.
