Servicio, limpieza y ubicación del Hotel muy muy regulares. Personal desatento, habitaciones sin controles para el televisor y el aire acondicionado. La comida regular. No volvería a hospedarme alli

Do not let the pictures fool you. Do not stay here. Arrived to find the place crawling with hundreds of people throughout the property. Arrived early before check-in hoping to drop luggage. Told not possible By staff that, in a hotel that gets international visitors, spoke no English. Walked through property to have a look and found the place dirty, the breakfast buffet area was filthy, tables were not clean, food dropped all over the place. Nothing looked appetizing. Was able to get a cup of coffee and it was cold. I returned at 3:45pm for 4pm check and was made to wait until 4:20 in a line of everyone checking in at same time. They ONLY OFFER WIFI the lobby, NOT YOUR ROOM. This means everyone trying to use the same signal slows it down making it USELESS. The pool was overcrowded and extremely noisy, There will be no relaxing here as music is blaring over people yelling in the pool. Grounds are unkept with trash everywhere, room areas are full of broken construction debris. The place was total chaos. At $100USD per night it’s absolutely the worst property I have ever stayed anywhere in the world. AVOID IT. Management was useless in terms of rectifying my request for a refund and I was told to call ******* to fight for my money back. Manager provided a website to file for a refund but no way to do so as there was NO WIFI. Place is a scam. Go elsewhere.

Let me start by saying that besides that the hotel is very far from reception they have no phones to connect with reception in case of an issue. Secondly I arrive at my room and the room is still under construction actually the building where my room was is still under construction. There's wires hanging everywhere in the room since they haven't finished it , my view was literally garbage outside from the construction of the hotel just complete nonsense.. Then I go to reception to have my room changed and besides not being friendly or helpful they tell me I have to wait until the next day for a room change... Finally they accepted to change my room and they give me a worse room which smiled damped and musty Def not good for your health. I decided to stay in NY original room since atleast it smelled good. There's no WiFi in the rooms and I'd you want WiFi you have to pay for it Oh and it's only in the lobby.... Customer service was terrible not friendly and definitely not helpful. I hope you guys stay away from this place as I was not even only one in the lobby complaining to have their rooms changed....

Total Scam, DO NOT stay here. CONS - Food, dangerous, disgusting and cold and every day is the same thing. - High probability to get robbed (no security at all and hundreds of bad looking people. - Location, very far, taxis dont want to come here and if the do they charge a lot, specially at night - No service at all, no cleaning rooms during stay, no changing towels, linens, drinking water only in 2 places (Bars), every employee is in a Bad mood - Bad Liquor and beverages, really low quality in beverages; dont get scammed with ALL INCLUSIVE slogan - Animals in the Rooms halls, cats and dogs walking around the facility and sometimes they walk nearby your room - Safety box is a Joke (see pic) - Dirty Pool, if they dont clean the room or change linens for the new guest I dont imagine the Pool maintance. - Construction right next to your room, spect noisy mornings - Garbage right before the building, no wonder why there are cats and dogs - to get average dinner have to book it, only from 7-8am, if you arrive 10 min later... sorry - No internet - No Tv signal PRO - Confortable Bed

el peor hotel que he visitado en mi vida, execeso de humedad en las habitaciones, he viajado a muchos paises y destinos de Colombia y nunca me habia topado con una experiencia como esta, esperamos 2 horas para que nos dieran la cena de buffet la cual nosotros ya habiamos pagado con el servicio All inclusive y la gente estaba esperando como nosotros, no contaban con nuestra reserva por lo que nos cambiaron a unas habitaciones por otras menos costosas, las chapas no sirven, no nos dieron toallas, no habia luz en las habitaciones, no nos dieron control de TV y de aire acondicionado. NO LES RECOMIENDO QUEDARSE AQUÍ The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were extremely humid. I have traveled to many countries and destinations in Colombia and have never encountered an experience like this. We waited two hours for our buffet dinner, which we had already paid for with the all-inclusive package, and other guests were waiting just as long. They didn't have our reservation, so they moved us to less expensive rooms. The locks didn't work, they didn't provide towels, there was no electricity in the rooms, and they didn't give us TV or air conditioning remotes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

Not well maintained, rooms are sad and ours had a really strong smell of bleach, horrible. The staff tries, but still they don’t care that much. The facilities are nothing like the pictures, it’s old and not well kept. They gave us a second room, without a TV and NO WATER!

Great but not Great Great place but lacked a bit here and there. Overall not bad for the price.

Excelente atención, variedad de comida en el restaurante, todos los días hay actividades diferentes en las noches, las habitaciones son muy cómodas.
