デカメロン メリーランド オール インクルーシブ(Hotel Decameron Maryland All Inclusive)

We booked our stay for August 2023. My girlfriend and I were so excited because we had a fantastic deal and it looked like this was a solid option for exploring the island in an all-inclusive setting with good enough reviews. Upon first trying to register, we were met with an error page that said our reservation could not be processed. We tried again and were then met with another error message saying our reservation was already made. We took a screenshot and contacted the hotel in the morning, since we had made the reservation on a Sunday and the office wasn't open until then. Upon making contact, the representative told us that yes, our reservation was indeed in the system and we just had to pay to confirm. The problem? The promotion running the day before had "expired" so we had to pay the full amount the system was reporting that day.. an almost 250 dollar difference. Why should we have to pay for internal problems on the hotel's part? Our reservation was noted as valid the day of the promotion. Shouldn't we be treated with respect and have our initial agreement honored? This is probably one of the most disappointing customer service experiences we have gone through honestly. Would not recommend, as we can only imagine what hotel staff might be like once we are actually there.

Property was nice but the food wasn’t good at all.

Relaxing and staff was excellent. They could improve greatly in the snack area, but apart from that, a wonderful stay. Food was good with a good selection. Room was cool, quiet and comfortable. Shower has hot water. Close to the center, but not too close.

It was expensive and not worth the price. The wines were so bad it was undrinkable.

Very friendly staff, excellent variety of food, safe and convenient, will definitely stay again…..

Tuvimos problemas con la caja fuerte, nunca funciono. El hotel en si, es sencillo y tranquilo, la playa bastante pequeña. Pero tienes acceso a los otros Decameron. La comida para mi fue suficiente, los tragos no son de buena calidad. El personal muy atento

La peor experiencia de los hoteles Decameron que hemos visitado: no hay espectáculo nocturno, algunas veces se presenta un grupo musical que se ubica en el lobby justo a la hora de la cena. La comida no es muy variada y cuando hay poca ocupación, la comida es a la carta, lo que la hace peor. La piscina es pequeña y los cocteles son bastante flojos. Siempre hemos celebrado nuestro aniversario en uno de los hoteles y en este tuvimos la peor celebración (si así se le puede llamar): una copa de champagne, un arreglo de cuarto globos y un farol encendido.😁 El personal es muy amable y las habitaciones son limpias y cómodas. No lo recomiendo y no volvería.

Los sofás de las zonas comunes requieren aseo más seguido ya que el sudor los deteriora muy rápido. El menú de los restaurantes Islander y Rocky Kay muy regulares. Falta variedad.

Quiero compartir que el hotel es bonito, pero el aseo de la habitación es muy regular, además sufrimos de una intoxicación alimentaria en el hotel lo cual hizo que el viaje fuera una mala experiencia. A favor del personal del hotel, tengo que decir que las personas que trabajan allí se portaron muy bien, estuvieron pendientes de todo el proceso de la intoxicación, sin embargo no repetiría el hotel. Felicito por la calidad humana del personal, pero sugiero prestar atención a la calidad de los servicios que brindan porque no están al nivel de lo que conocí de decameron en Panamá, no tiene nada que ver y los precios son superiores en San Andrés que en Panamá.
