SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western San Antonio Airport

Sheets were dirty with hair all over the bed. After that I wanted my money back cause this place is not clean.

It’s a clean place with no cleanliness issues. But there is no Gym like advertised . Bring your own toiletries and haircare products they don’t provide much. Overall I enjoyed the stay.

The shower had good water pressure. The bathroom light switch cover was broken, the hangers were rusty, the blanket had burn holes in it. The breakfast are could of been better, like a .waffle maker or have bacon.

Near my activities. Easy for parking. It’s convenient for me the area where the hotel is.

They did not tell me that they are doing a $100 hold on my credit card till after I had already made the reservation. The Property itself is old, the room wasn’t dirty but also not clean. The Coffee Maker didn’t work, nor did the Microwave or refrigerator. There was Rat Feces on the Bathroom floor and breakfast was Luke warm at best. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Our first room given, the AC was not working and the small refrigerator was leaking water. When switched, we were given a room where the bathtub was a jacuzzi. I’m not complaining at all, but it was very noisy… so that needs to get fixed. The property is next to the airport, so if you don’t mind hearing the airplanes land, then you’ll be fine. It’s not that noisy, but you can hear them. I guess the only thing I would complain about are the pillows. Just not my preference.

I only gave 4 stars on service as housekeeping threw away my bag of feminine products. Not happy about that. 2 days they had no hot breakfast but it's been consistent ever since. Staff is nice and NO bugs!! Sucks the dryer appears to be broken for months but it's been a pleasant stay over all.
