Property is a low budget hotel. It was clean. This area of town looked a bit questionable but needed Lackland

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and nice people that own and manage the property. Rooms are large, clean, no bugs, fast free internet and they offer room service every day. Can't go wrong with this place! Jamal Johnson

Reservation was for two nights they only had us down for one. They did accommodate us at $84.99 per room per night. We utilized 3 rooms: 1(3 nights) 2(2nights) no continental breakfast.

Clerk was rude. Found a roach dead on the floor. Floor was sticky. We checked the bed. The bed was clean and free of bed bugs. We can hear other people on the other side of the walls. Light is good outside to prevent crime. Homeless people chill at the bench with 2 dogs barking all night. Ac unit is built into the wall. It is bad and noisy. Tv is good. Remote sometimes worked. Pillows are bad and bed uncomfortable. Sheets were good. Shower was great and clean. Microwave was clean. Refrigerator was clean. Not worth 100 dollars. More like 40 or 50. Way overpriced.

Property isn’t in the nicest area around, but the complex itself is well lit and feels relatively safe. The property overall is great for the price. The staff are excellent and very helpful and accommodating.

It was the perfect location to where i needed to go.

Room was clean. Fridge had a weird odor and the furniture was cheap and flimsy, but the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean

We got this booking last minute, the front desk lady was really nice! She even gave us a free upgrade to a suite. The room was big, clean and much more better than any motel 6 or 8. Great staff, great service, clean room. Would book again here.

They argued that the double beds were queens (they absolutely were not). Average number of roaches expected for the location. Loved having access to a kitchen in the room, we were able to eat much better on this trip. Very close to Lackland AFB.
