Hotel Emma at Pearl on the Riverwalk

Wish we had longer to stay. Dinner at Supper was excellent and our waitress, Shin, was amazing. The shower was hard to turn and not as warm as I would like but the water pressure was amazing. Would like to have seen different items on the breakfast menu though such as waffles and regular pancakes.

Loved hotel and staff. Very unique experience with great food all around. I will for sure return. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy or in need of anything. The room is very nice. A must try is the Emma drink and read its story

Very upbeat staff who were consistently eager to please the guests. Great hotel decor. Cocktail area was great fun. Breakfast was outstanding with Paul serving. We plan to return to Hotel Emma for another visit in a year or so. We had a great time

Forget about the Riverwalk, stay at the Hotel Emma in the Pearl. You can visit the Riverwalk one day, but there is more than enough to see and do in the Pearl district and the Hotel Emma is one of a kind. The hotel is so unique with its amazing bar and lobby, but what stands out is the service. Both friendly and efficient, this is truly a professional team. There are a number of restaurants and bars in this area so you can walk everywhere. The rooms are extremely well done and comfortable, and fit the decor of the hotel. There is a private library where only hotel guest can go and enjoy a drink or a good book. And the gym is well appointed. San Antonio is a great city, and the Hotel Emma makes it better. While there, enjoy their specialty cocktail the "Three Emmas", but make sure you learn the story as well. While not inexpensive, its worth it!

Every detail, experience, staff interaction, and food or drink consumed during our stay was extraordinary. The bed is phenomenal. There were nice touches everywhere you turned, like turn down service notes, the robes and bath salts, the stamped toilet paper, etc that made you feel the top notch hospitality.

I have been to San Antonio countless times and stayed in the best hotels around the world, and Hotel Emma is right up there with the best. The staff is not only friendly and professional, but go out of their way to show you around and make helpful suggestions--like how to buy the lovely bath products, or where to find coffee or a latte. I can't wait to come back here with my boyfriend and enjoy the charming ambiance again.
