Nice staff and clean rooms

No hot water, water wasn’t even luke warm like they’ve stated and they don’t offer any discount because of this!

The hotel is nice, the decor is fun, and bar area is nice. My three star rating is all about the bathroom. ONLY warm water comes out of the sink, and we don’t like brushing our teeth with warm water! The wall next to the sink is splattered with other people’s toothpaste spit. There was no toilet paper in our room when we got there. We called the front desk to request some, and were told we could either come get it, or wait awhile because they were busy. Also the towels were very rough and cheap texture.

The hotel was near lots of shopping and entertainment. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly.

I liked everything except snacks way too expensive and Toilet paper is awful, tears when you wipe

Easy access to UTSA, restaurants, and shopping. Comfortable beds for larger people. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. My room was a little worn, however.

Hotel was conveniently located by UTSA allowing us to move our daughter into her dorm. The staff was wonderful and the accommodations fit our needs. I will book here anytime I need to go to UTSA.

Extremely clean and staff are really welcoming. Room prices also reasonable for the great quality of the hotel.

Tony made things so easy and was able to accommodate us with an early check in. He was friendly and professional. This was a staycation for us and he helped make it great.
