ホテル ベルガモ(Hotel Bergamo Mare Mhotelsgroup)

BERGAMO HOTEL. It was one of the most basic hotels we have ever stayed in, the Premier Inn is 5 Stars compared to this hotel. Hotel definitely needed updating, but to advertise hotel facilities a swimming pool, which no way we could use, due to it being thick green with algae. Attached photos. Also advertised in their amenities was bikes to hire, they weren’t available, even though in photo you can see they were there on stands. Bedroom small, but clean, no hot water, a very slow drip of water from tap in basin, had to lean over to use shower to wash and clean our teeth. One electric socket in room, no fridge, no tea/coffee, no bottle water. Ledger booked this as a package for our Monaco Grand Prix trip. The hotel was in a nice area, but we had a hours journey every day to get to Monaco. So when we got back early evening it would have been nice to have a swim in the pool.

Visited this hotel with leger holidays as part of the monaco grand prix package. We spent 3 nights here, it was a typical Italian hotel and we love typical Italian! The rooms were clean ,staff friendly, just what we needed after a busy day at the race. The breakfast was good ,continental selection. The location was very good, only 5 mins walk to beach, bars and restaurants and there was a great pizza place round corner from hotel and also a great ice cream and coffee shop too. We spent 2 days of our stay in Monaco, all very well organised by leger. The hotel is only about an hour drive from Monaco. The leger reps were brilliant and very informative. Would definitely recommend leger holidays. We had full transfers organised by leger, to and from Nice airport and also to and from Monaco on the Saturday and Sunday. It was faultless. Well done leger!

Second time staying at this hotel as part of the leger holidays monaco grand prix package. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Reception staff were helpful and welcoming. Special mention to Monica who was amazing, such a lovely person and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is in a good location, right near the beach where there are restaurants and bars. The supermarket is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel and sells everything you could want. Diano marina is a short taxi ride away, definitely worth a visit. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Nice staff and clean hotel, just old. The price of $200 did not fit the quality of hotel. Price should be closer to $60. The bed was very hard.

Three star hotel only for the availability of a pool/ample dining room and lobby with old wornout sofas and chairs..The room was full of dust. old damaged furniture. patio full of spider webs ..hole in the patio wall ...coming back to the hotel after a morning at the beach at 1230 the maids hadnt yet done the room..all the towels were soaking wet from the morning showers and beds undone from the night before..The hotel excuse was that they didnt have a complete staff!! I reserved parking for 4 days. But the spots were first come/first serve..very inconvenient having to wait for somebody to move their car so I could get out.. Plus locked out of the room..it took quite a while to find the hotel key.. All in all the night clerk was very nice as well as the cleanin staff..Plus I scratche my car forcing myself out of their tiny garage.. A shame!!! dont go here

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttra dal 6 al 7 gennaio in occasione di un torneo di calcio a Marina di Andora (età dei bambini 10 anni). Esperienza da non ripetere Cena non commentabile, senza sapere niente il menà era fisso e non è stato possibile ottenere un piatto di pasta al sugo per chi la volesse ma solo bianca ... Colazione brioches già sul tavolo e ci siamo sentiti rispondere che era già tutto a tavola quando qualcuno si è alzato per vedere cosa offriva la colazione Reception inesistente , non siamo stati avvisati che la domenica mattina c'era un mercato nel parcheggio vicino e quindi alcune auto la mattina non c'erano ... sono state spostate dal carroattrezzi a Diano Marina (hotel non ha un suo parcheggio) Sottolineo che siamo arrivati di sera all'hotel e cartelli presso il parcheggio non ce n'erano .... Personale antipatico e scortese , ogni richiesta è stata vista come una scocciatura

Abbiamo trovato una bella camera spaziosa e pulita, purtroppo però i mobili troppo datati, così come la struttura. Cibo per nulla soddisfacente, così come i servizi. Consigliamo di illuminare i tre gradini che portano all ingresso della struttura

Abbiamo trascorso in questo albergo un piacevole weekend a settembre con trattamento mezza pensione . Ottima la posizione a pachi passi dal mare e con una bella piscina La stanza con vista mare era spaziosa e dotata di un ampio balcone con privacy Arredamento non nuovissimo ma ottima pulizia Colazione a buffet buona ma migliorabile come varietà. Personale gentile e disponibile
