The room service is excellent.
One of the clerks a male seems to be upset all the time, these is the second time it happened to me.
I understand it is not easy to deal with all kinds of people.
I love the place and I can go back again, I can really relax and a safe and clean environment.

When we first checked in, we were given a room that was not cleaned, and then we had to go and check with the person at the lobby to give us another room. The person at the lobby said something like it was showing as cleaned.
There was only 1 4-slice toaster in the breakfast area, out of which 1 sides didn’t work. So we could only toast 2 slices of bread at a time. Their free breakfast is a joke. Not a lot of options. No wheat bread.
I had to checkout one day early. I requested for some kind of refund, but was not honored.
Overall, not a good experience !

Amazing always meets our needs friendly staff at check in and out and noticed we were across the hall from a hearing impaired room which was nice to see how far they go to accomidate there guests ive never seen that before amazing

Great stay. I was hesitant to book because there are a lot of mixed reviews. I found it to be clean; the hotel room had good amenities. The cleaning staff was very kind and friendly. The front desk agents- not so much. Overall, not bad.

Arrived at around 7 pm on Thursday the person at the desk not very friendly or welcoming. The person on at night was very friendly and at checkout the next morning were very nice. I am giving a 3 star rating because the unfriendly check in person
