部屋は綺麗で清潔、部屋の広さは適度、匂いも虫も無く、夜の騒音も無く、接客態度も良く、スリッパを頼めば貸してくれました。

設施：設施一般，水龍頭呲水，每次用都濺一身水 衞生：還可以 環境：非常吵鬧，週五至週日晚上很吵，凌晨2點還在party。 服務：服務不錯，員工都很友好 早餐很好，這是讓我在這住一週很重要的理由。

リマで泊まった最悪のホテルでした。フロントデスクの人は自分たちが何をしているのかわからず、まったく助けてくれませんでした。ドアの鍵が機能しなかったため、3回戻らなければなりませんでした。女性は「誰かを送ります」と言ったので、最後に、彼女が送ってきた男性は、キーのプログラムが正しくないということを私に言いました。どこで夕食を食べられるか尋ねると、彼らは知らないと言います。次の夜、私たちはホテルのバーに歩いて行きましたが、プライベートパーティーがあるという理由でドアを開けた男が私たちを入れませんでした。私たちは飲み物を飲むためにミニラウンジエリアに座りました - またはそれが私たちが望んでいたものでしたが、45分以上待ってウェイターに注文できるかどうか尋ねると、彼は私たちに「私のシフトは終わっていますが、他の人を送ります」と言いました。 30分以上経っても誰も来ませんでした。フロントデスクに飲み物を買いに行ける場所はないか尋ねると、ワシントンパークまでタクシーで行けると言われました。

Great service and accommodations. Bathrooms are a bit too modern for my taste but all else (bed, bedding, room setup, TV, toiletries, etc.) worked great for us. From the service desk personnel (shout out to Melanie and Cecilia) to the wonderful staff at the delicious breakfast buffet (Paola, Sebastian and their team), everyone made us feel welcome and at home. We will return to this gem when we need to visit our relatives again. Well done, BTH!

Excellent service in Restaurant. Javier was incredibly kind and helpful. A gentleman. He offered us tips on our travels and kindly sourced menu alternatives for us when we asked. Otherwise the hotel is nice, in a nice location and the staff are very kind.

En el restaurante, Abel fue el mejor mesero que hemos tenido en todo Lima! El servicio fue el mejor!!! La comida fie excellente tambien...buenaso!! The hotel is extremely fancy and beds are super comfy. Air conditioning is very welcomed as well. Our bathroom had a sauna and the shower had a streamer. The food at the restaurant is well worth the price. Great quantity AND quality. The hotel price per night is expensive compared to other hotels but after staying, we see why. If you want high quality service and stay and a super fancy place, then your gotta pay for it.

(I am writing on behalf of my parents and I) My parents and I stayed at the BTH Hotel on the first week of June and had a wonderful experience there. My parents have stayed there before but it was my first time and my expectations were exceeded. Everyone was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Any requests were met and exceeded without hesitation. Highly recommend!

I flew in from Florida to Lima for 5 days and stayed at the BTH and have had several trips in the past also staying at the BTH. My experiences have always been great. I’ve received excellent customer service for room service, and during the breakfast brunch. In addition, Mr. Rommy Martinez has offered the best customer service always going the extra mile to help make my stay excellent. I highly recommended.

BTH San Borja has become my default go-to-hotel when in Lima. While most visitors in Lima may find San Borja to be a bit far from touristy (and lovely) Miraflores, the benefits of staying at BTH, for me, outweigh the appeal of being close to the ocean, especially during the winter months of Lima. As a matter of fact, the city's micro climates will show you are more likely to see sunlight in in July or August in San Borja than if you'd stayed in Miraflores or Barranco. To boost, San Borja is one of the greenest neighborhoods in Lima. It has beautiful well-kept parks and paths for joggers and cyclists. A big walker and jogger myself, I've loved warming up at BTH's well-equipped gym and then head off for nice long jogs along San Borja Norte Avenue, for example, which is just a couple of blocks from the hotel. But what makes BTH truly unique is what they have inside. As you may have seen in the photos of the hotel, some rooms have a dry sauna AND a steam room adjacent to it. Some have steam rooms and jacuzzis. I can't imagine a better way to unwind after a full day in Lima. And in my most recent visit I was happily surprised when I was upgraded to their Business Room which--located on the top floor of the hotel--has a great layout, a super comfortable bed, high ceilings, cool views, and more importantly, they are quiet. Just great. While I love the vibrant scene that BTH carries in its DNA, some guests may be bothered by the noise from the first floor, especially when Mad Bar is hosting events or parties, which happens regularly. If a quiet night's sleep is a must during your stay, I would definitely suggest you look into getting a room in the upper floors. The staff at the hotel have always been super friendly and accommodating. Every time I walk into BTH, they immediately make me feel at home. To top it off, the food at the hotel is way better than average--I had one of the best burgers I've had in Lima for room service!--and there is even a supermarket around the block from the hotel. Uber services in Lima are widely available so if you choose to stay at BTH San Borja you are basically right next to San Isidro and making trips to Miraflores, Barranco, Chacarilla or downtown Lima are easy to do. Overall, It's all very convenient and very different to what you may find in most business hotels. BTH is, hands down, the coolest hotel experience you will have in Peru's capital.

As the mural outside clearly indicates:” it’s not for everyone.” It applies very much to this hotel. Stayed here due to location/convenience for the purpose of our trip. Room we stayed on 9th floor had high ceilings and size that would be considered a Junior suite in some places. Service was good and breakfast /restaurant very good for a boutique hotel. So what was the issue? We noticed the hotel guests staying were locals; couples to be exact and some not even having any luggage so clearly the use was more like a motel. We had a neighbor that had music on and door open two nights in a row (with full knowledge of security who begrudgingly asked the guest by name to quiet down) and questionable women leaving his room at 5 am speaking loudly also two nights in a row. No one even apologized.

El fin de semana estuvimos con mi esposa en el BTH Hotel de San Borja celebrando nuestro aniversario. Tomamos un paquete de promoción y todo estuvo excelente, la habitación con jacuzzi y baño a vapor, la cena, el desayuno buffet y demás atenciones. Todo el personal sumamente atento. Definitivamente muy recomendable.
