The carpet has an extremely bad smell. It smells like urinate. I did not bother to talk to them and change the room because we cane at midnight. Also, they charge almost the double for parking the car in public parking which is also narrow and congested. The beds are ok.

I really enjoy star here, and they have kitchen and microwave make me easy to reheat my food. Very comfortable

The staff was very friendly! They provided suggestions on restaurants and activities. The hotel is in a good location family friendly and quiet. We enjoyed the Continental breakfast it wasn't the typical boring version instead there was variety of food that met most dietary needs. Our room was clean and spacious equipped with a kitchenette. I will definitely book again!

What a fantastic place! The customer service was top notch...probably the best I have ever experienced. Very up-to-date decor, so clean and comfortable. Awesome included breakfast in the mornings. The rooms were everything! Cozy beds, great pillows, well lit. Just an overall 10 out of 10! About 15 minute walk to the waterfront and Little Italy.

To start the service was great it was a girl with curlily hair i forgot her name unfortunately ,but she was very friendly and very helpful, the hotel was clean our room was clean comfy and great view,overall very nice and it was a great 2 nights

The place was great, centrally located, and fairly easy to get to. The parking structure was kind of a nightmare because it was so tight and poorly signed in terms of directions.

Disappointed! The parking situation was ridiculous, it was a shared parking garage and no direct access to the hotel from the parking garage, the room was very small and not kept well, bathroom looked dirty and not kept well, breakfast was terrible, the elevator were scary and slow, the garbage disposal in the room smelled horrible and was backed up, carpets were very dirty, shower water temp was sporadic hot cold hot cold or just blazing hot and no cold, coffee pot in room was moldy and filthy, this place was not worth the expensive price! One of my biggest complaints is the $150 pet fee and this hotel didn’t have a patch of grass anywhere for my pet to go to the bathroom, how can you charge a pet fee and claim it’s a pet friendly hotel and not have the basic needs for a pet! My poor pup was so distraught by this, he refused to potty for 20 hrs and became very unwell! We will not be staying here again!

Horrible experience. They say they provide you with breakfast but they fail to mention it’s cold. No hot breakfast. I got cold hard boiled eggs. That’s it. I did not get my room cleaned not once. I was there for 10 days and not once did housekeeping show up. They make you pay for parking. $25 a day!!! Oh, they also have lots of refugees or homeless people staying at the hotel. Did not feel safe the whole time I was there. Definitely do not recommend this place when there are clearly much better hotels in the area.

Overall, the stay at the property was underwhelming from the get go, but did improve as our time went on. Before I get into why, I'd like to take time to commend the young lady who checked us/front desk agent in as well as the pleasant workers in the breakfast area this morning. Upon checking in we were assigned a room on the 6th floor. My wife alerted me to a filthy bathroom sink. This was a bit unsettling and got us to check around the room for other signs of uncleanliness. My wife did a quick sweep of the beds and found some hairs on the comforter. I made my down to the front desk and alerted the front desk agent of this and she quickly offered me a below ground level room which I happily accepted--my wife was grossed out, rightfully so. My wife, daughter and I made our way to room 101 and once we had settled got a call from the same young lady about an available room on the floor above us. We happily accepted this third room, since room 101 was right next to the laundry area. Room 112 proved to be the winner and we luckily didn't have to change rooms again due to location or uncleanliness. Overall, the 6th floor room seemed like it had maybe just received turn down service without any cleaning. I wouldn't have been surprised if I'd found someone's luggage in the closet since it appear to be a room that was in the middle of being occupied. Being quiet honest, the whole experience was very off-putting.
