房間很舒服、乾淨。早餐選擇很多、很豐富，美國份量就是有點大。前台人員非常熱情，幫忙解決了不少問題。

酒店服務非常好，尤其前台有個華人員工Serena在入住期間給我提供了很多幫助，十分親切。酒店設施一般，但在預期。

The staff was really nice and flexible when I checked in early! No problems at all with the staff! Hotel room is super nice and clean. My only problem is that the parking is very expensive.

This was the worst hotel I've been too in a long time, let me break down my entire experience. I woke up the first morning with stomach pain. I went down to the front desk and noticed that they had yogurt for sale. I bought the yogurt and asked the lady if they had spoons. She said no. Not, one moment or let me see what I can do, just no. This is a 4-star hotel, with a restaurant and room service, and you're telling me you don't have a spoon? I ended up finding a plastic fork from a meal I had the other day and used that. The next issue I had was with room service, I needed a bottle opener and called the front desk, went to voicemail. Annoyed I went down stairs and there was a dude just chillin behind the counter doing nothing. I got a bottle opener from him and went back to my room. Here's where the real fun begins: The power goes out. Pitch black in the room. Not a single announcement is being made over the PA system. So I find the stairwell and journey down to the main lobby with the rest of the patrons. There's a fire truck in the lobby driveway and maintenance workers walking around. Eventually an employee made an announcement (not using the PA, but by voice in the lobby) that there was a leak that had busted a fuse. I cannot fit my entire experience in this comment, don’t book here.

I was so upset when i checked in. First if there is no such thing as an executive room. All of the rooms for the two queen beds are designed the same way and the layout is the same. The only difference is the floor you stay on and let me tell you about that. They put us on the high floor where the air conditioning unit was hooked up to the ceiling, and the noise was so loud that we could not even hear each other talking in the room. There was no way he would be able to get a restful stay. I have been ripped off from the description of the room stating that it was an executive two queen beds. I am absolutely demanding my money back. I feel like I have been ripped off.

The bed and pillows are a little hard. Had breakfast couple of times in the property’s restaurant but was disappointed both times. The salmon eggs Benedict was bland and served with soggy and oily crusted hash browns. The French toast was lacking in proportion. Pancakes were chewy and tasteless. Staff were pleasant though. I think Marriot is overpriced for what’s worth.

The front desk staff was rude short and out of it . Almost as if they had a long night and didn’t want to deal with the public. I was given two diff rooms and the second had a very dirty bathroom shower which I didn’t realize until I was about to shower. Since it was late and I am travel with family I couldn’t request to change the rooms so I clean it myself . So unfortunately I will speak g to management tomorrow

Great customer service, Vanessa was excellent one of the best service I had in a really long time.

Great for the price.. the hotel itself is clean, onsite Starbucks to grab a quick meal. Has a small hotel store stocked with essentials. The onsite restaurant has great food breakfast, lunch, happy hour & dinner. The rooms were clean & modern amenities. I was missing a try for my in room coffee machine. Check that when you enter your room. Looking forward to staying here again!
