Perfect for kids. The included breakfast was great for our family. Close to all the main attractions and great nearby food choices.

Awesome Service overall. I had a back up of my shower which then caused me to miss a major meeting, that snowballed into a lost opportunity. Although the staff was made aware and the issue was fixed, there was no attempt in the slightest to apologize or to make this right. Even when I explained what the cost was to me. This is not a good look for the hotel.

My room was not cleaned. So when I arrived back after midnight I had to make up my own bed, had to ask for clean towels, did not receive clean pillow cases. The trash cans were not emptied. Why pay for a hotel for the convenience of comfort to have to do all of the work myself. I will not be staying with your property ever again.

Great location and its walkable distance to all the locations. Staff is not changing the bedsheets, breakfast is very limited.

Love this place. It is right in the center of everything if you like the atmosphere of the night life. Only down side is parking is a bit steep.

The front desk was a hot mess. Not friendly and difficult to work with. Took over an hour to check in.

The receptionist should be very honest to tell me the street parking is free on Sunday and publicó holidays in the city of San Diego, they try to convince me to pay $60 per a day for the “valet parking”. The water unable to flow down from the sink while I use it as very first time, someone needs to come to fix it … the people working in front desk area were NOT friendly at all …
