ホテル サン ポル(Hotel Restaurant Sant Pol)

The restaurant outside is situated on the sidewalk of the street with breathtaking views over the beautiful bay. The whole ambiance is lovely. It is a very cosy place and we had a superb lunch outside in the sun. The calamari were lovely fresh and crunchy, so was the Dover sole cooked to perfection. But than the sweets: they were fabulous We had the chocalate muffin with ice cream and the profiteroles, so yummy, great portions high quality; definitely we will be back soon.

We had dinner here, a nice terrace in front of the sea. The food was not bad , just a shame that the waiter totally misunderstood. We had 3 plates that I wanted to share with my friend. I asked for it to be served one by one , I even explained in what order. Big surprise , they brought the 3 plates all together ( this way you have to eat rapidly , if not it gets cold ).

Location is super . The hotel is not. We really want to be more positive but: There is a running water issue . On arrival signs said water is off. On departure water was off ( no showers) , which is unacceptable . Water did work at some points Rooms are in need of refurb, verging on grubby It’s a has been On the positive : Location Breakfast included Very helpful check in staff I’m torn . I’m hesitant to say I’d stay again. Bush there is something warm about it

Unfortunately we found this hotel unwelcoming . It’s location is obviously superb which has let this hotel get away with many things . Communal areas dark and dreary . Breakfast very average. They need to get some friendly faces at reception.

Very good

Nice restaurant allmost on the beach. We ate a very good paella, in fact one of the best we ate so far in Spain. Very friendly service by the lady owner and young waiters. Excellent value for money. View on the S'Agaro bay from the terrasse table.

Todo bien, situado en un lugar privilegiado, buena relación calidad-precio, buen servicio, aunque algunos pequeños detalles podrían estar más cuidados...

Hotel placé dans une petite baie magnifique. Chambre très spacieuse. Design moderne et literie très confortable. Chambre avec terrasse sur la plage très agréable. Personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner simple et bon. Aller faire le chemin des douaniers sur la gauche de l'hôtel, il est incroyable

Presenciamos como una persona mayor extranjera (francesa) tuvo problemas para pagar, porque, al parecer, no le iban las tarjetas de crédito, pero parecía que tenía intención de pagar. Dicho hombre iba con unas copas de más, y se puso a insultar al personal y tirar cosas al suelo. Uno de los camareros le cogió el móvil y se lo llevó, con lo que éste hombre lo siguió con tal de recuperarlo. Empujaron al hombre e hicieron que cayera al suelo, que se pegó un golpe fuerte e incluso se hizo sangre en un brazo. Instantes después, un camarero lo arrastró por el suelo hasta a fuera del restaurante, le pusieron de nuevo su móvil en el bolsillo de sus pantalones y lo echaron fuera como si no hubiera pasado nada. El trato, a pesar de que el hombre tampoco actuara correctamente, fue nefasto, ya que quedaron en evidencia delante de todos los comensales el poco trato humano que tuvieron con dicha persona. No pidieron perdón ni a la persona mayor que echaron ni a los propios comensales. Por otra parte, se dedicaban a comentar chismes de otros clientes casi delante nuestra sin ni tan solo percat****. Nos cobraron 3,60€ por 3 tapers con comida que no nos acabamos, y el pan salió a 1,20€ por unidad... También pedimos una botella de agua de 0,5L y nos costó 3,50€
