Honestly, as a frequent traveler oversea. This on my point of view, it worth 2-3 star hotel. Washroom is dirty and soap those is empty. Partial washroom utilities is damaged and lose. Breakfast area is Small if they encounter more than 7-8 unit rooms accommodation. No water bottle provided, need to go out the floor hall to get from water dispenser. Which we have risk of not knowing the previous water storage is well-being used or aren't. Which i went down in the morning, no place to seat. No one is entertain/ accomodate with you standing there infront the entrance of Breakfast zone. When able grab a persons, my breakfast is not being prepared and last night shift employee doesn't take my order. Breakfast of this hotel is from Pancake house which just cross the road. It's outsources meal, not prepared by hotel directly.

Receiving lobby smells good. Spacious room but a little bit dusty. Breakfast was good c/o Pancake House. Hotel personnel are very nice.

Over all satisfied on the location as near to Malls and transport system. Amenities like toiletries and slippers are not included on the room😅.

It was clean and location is close to SM City Pampanga and Sky Ranch, however I felt it was expensive for very little amenities it offers.

Booked a room with supposedly 2 queen beds but was given only 1 queen and 1 sofa bed. Nonetheless, the staff assisted us promptly.

Staying at Microtel Pampangas is a nice experience. Location wise is very strategic specially when looking for a restaurant and coffee shop is just a walk away.

The location is perfect and the staff are very helpful. The room and bed was big and very comfy. Overall, our stay in Microtel Pampanga was an awesome experience.

The place is very accessible. We really enjoyed our stay here. Will be planning to book again. I think what needs to improve is the time of serving the breakfast. We ask to serve it at around 8 AM but breakfast was delivered to our room at around 10 AM. Good thing, we have takeout meals from dinner. We just ask assistance from the front desk to reheat the food. If you'll be having breakfast and the hotel is fully booked, I think better to go take a walk to the restaurant and have breakfast there than have it delivered in the room.
