Very pleasant service. The receptionist is also very helpful.

Its a cute hotel but it is very loud. You can hear the people on the floor above you at all hours, people stay up until 5 am partying, there is always room service going on. Just too loud of a place.

They have their own parking, seems pretty secure. We showed up early, they let us park while we went to eat before check in time. Room is nice, clean too! Looks like Addams family with better colors! Staff are all friendly, too!

Cleck in was a breeze, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Convenient location and a competitive price.

My stay at Hotel Fiona was great. At the time of my stay they were offering free parking, which seems like a rarity in the city, so it was incredibly convenient -- especially knowing that it was an enclosed garage with a security guard. At check-in the lady helping me could not have been friendlier. My room was also cleaned without requesting, another thing that's pretty rare these days, so I was very happy with the service. Room was really spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. I don't believe it had a mini-fridge, which I normally prefer, but that was fine. WiFi and TV both worked well. If there's any complaint, my room faced the street, so if you're a light sleeper (I'm not) then you may have trouble with the outside noise. When you walk out the front door and go to the right towards Howard St and Folsom St, you're in what appeared to be a nice and safe neighborhood. If you go to the left towards Mission and Market streets, you're more likely to see more of the homeless population of the city. However, the neighboring hotels have security guards too, plus there are some good hotels around the corner on Mission St. Also, there is a streetcar stop at Market & 7th that easily takes you all the way down to the Ferry Building and even Fisherman's Wharf on the Embarcadero -- so that makes getting around without a car pretty easy. Based on the rate I paid, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing value and high quality. No fridge or microwave... but its hardly an issue considering how easy the parking is, the cleanliness, and the amazing staff. If you are unfamiliar with the area, be aware when walking to shopping the cable car turn around, etc. You need to walk through a slightly sketchy area to get to these things, but if you are a bit aware of your surroundings it's not a problem. Or it's a one minute Uber ride to where you need to go.

Great experience, friendly staff, clean rooms, good wifi, and even casting options for your phone to TV. Will definitely return.

The rooms were very cozy and clean. However, the room didn’t have a microwave or mini refrigerator. Our room was adjacent to the street and it was very noisy at night. An interior room away from the street would have been quieter. Our reservation included breakfast, however, when we inquired where and when it would be served, we were informed that no breakfast was served, only coffee and cream.

If you are generally comfortable in downtown SF this hotel is an amazing value. Rooms are clean, quiet, spacious. Staff is great . Onsite parking is secured and free if you book on *******. I stayed here with my teenage daughter for three nights and we were very comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is a mixed bag but we felt fine.
