Hotel Casa San Pancho

This place was absolute perfection. The moment we walked in, I could feel the positive energy and much needed calm after a long day of travel. The service was excellent, the room was so comfortable with a fabulous shower, even the lighting was perfect (both natural and light fixtures). The included breakfast was coffee, juice, fruit, and a delicious omelet. It's so close to everything yet just far enough away to be quiet in the evenings. We actually lucked into this gem of a hotel after our previous hotel cancelled our reservation because we were delayed! It all worked out so perfectly and will definitely stay here every time we come to San Pancho!

Such an amazing stay. The staff make this small hotel extra special. They were the kindest and sweetest ladies. Breakfast was incredible and while it's on the far side of town it's just 5 minutes walk into the main area. Loved staying here. The rooms are beautiful and the small pool was great for a dip just to cool off

Helpful and polite staff, the greenery in the property, very clean room and lobby area, fantastic breakfasts and the peace and serenity in a very bustling town.

The atmosphere and environment was very zen! The staff were so pleasant and accommodating!

The property was very clean, rooms very clean and simple. Staff super nice. I liked the sarong wrap as a nice touch for wearing after a dip in the pool. The room if on the bottom level was VERY noisy! I could hear everything above me and it was a bit irritating since It was after quiet hours. Some reviews had mentioned how peaceful the place was and I booked as I wanted the quiet room but it wasn't very quiet. Patricia was especially kind and understanding when I spoke to her about the noise. She came down to my room to understand what was disrupting my rest. She just approached the situation in a positive way. There wasn't a small fridge in the room and for the price I thought it should include it.

Wonderfully quiet place with the friendliest staff

Property and rooms are clean and with very little to no noise. The staff is excellent happy to assist in any way possible. The breakfast was amazing a different menu provided each day. I would recommend this property.
