"I requested portable heater, but the one they gave me was broken. So I requested replacement, but never replaced despite several talks. Also throughout the hotel facilities, there were many broken stuff such as doorknobs. But this is decent place if you want to visit Pisa."

"It’s a beautiful location and we sat outside accompanied in the background by a choir of crickets. The noise was incredible but made the occasion quite unique with the subtle pop music in the background. The service was efficient , food very good served on nice white table cloths. The ‘star of the show’ was the millefoglie. Have not tasted better."

"The photos don't represent the actual condition. Everything looks vaguely shabby. The property has a shared living room, which smells of cat. The presence of the cat and its odor should be noted in the description, given that some travelers are allergic. Sloppy details everywhere: detached baseboards, scratched parquet floors, signs of mold in the bathroom. It could use some maintenance and upkeep, which is lacking."

"Hosts were amazing. Almost as stunning as the villa and the view. We were there for a wedding and it was spectacular. Everything was well planned and executed seamlessly. We had the whole villa for the weekend. All the wedding activities were onsite. Day of arrival pizza party under the trees allowed all the family and friend to connect / reconnect if we hadn't already by the pool earlier in the day. Day of wedding brunch on the terrace set us all up nicely for the afternoon ceremony in the garden. Appetizers / drinks after pictures continued in the same fashion as everything leading up to dinner. Spot on and well thought out. Loved the pickled quail eggs! Finally, dinner... The Villa team set up the most beautiful and elegant table I have ever seen. Flowers were gorgeous, candles and place setting over the top. All in all, a most magical weekend celebrating the newlyweds. Raffaella, Monica and Florian were attentive and made the time spent with them a beautiful experience. Highly recommend."
