I ordered a disabled room for my wife and I. The trouble was that the handicapped shower would not hold in one place (for height control and direction), so we called the front desk and they sent a repair man to our room. We had already showered and were already annoyed. They did fix the problem.

We loved the ****** and hotel room. All the restaurants had very good food too. The Canyons restaurant was excellent. The room was nice and clean too with a comfortable bed. We took a star off because our room was next to the elevator and unfortunately you could hear it at all times, and especially starting the in early morning. Otherwise everything else was excellent!

I love this hotel! Kudos to the team there for keeping this hotel so clean- at all times!!! I also think the staff there is so friendly. Always a pleasant time here!

Employees were super nice. Had fun at ******. Room was quiet. Nice coffee maker and refrig stocked with lots of bottled water.

I found the service great. Except for my coffee pot had to be replaced. A few things have changed with COVID. No valet parking, no luggage through the ******. Overall I enjoyed my 2 day stay. I recommend it for anyone.

My stay was great. Except they're not a lot of stations to choose from on the tv. And, no outside alcohol policy, you have to buy their overpriced alcohol on site.

Soboba hotel and ******, Has nice facilities. Its rooms are quite comfortable with amenities like coffee and water in the room. That’s the only plus I can see in these rooms. Other than that are pretty standard. Good quality as expected for the price paid.

Overall, the stay was great! Friendly staff! Early check in. Accessible to the event center & ******! The property/view is beautiful! Only downfall, they were not able to accommodate a late check out.
