Nice customer service! And housekeeper cleaned our room every day :) no pool and I don’t think it’s the best location. Also doesn’t have parking but there is one closer for 20$ X night

The hotel is fine for a quick layover between flight and cruise but I still won’t stay here again. Why? Well, the fire exit door squeaked all night sounding like a baby screaming, the clerk upon check in was rude, the shower floor was filthy, there are no vending machines and ice is only available on the 4th floor, the hotel is located in a wind tunnel, and nothing is close by unless you want to eat at the Caribe Hilton (why not just stay there is I have to go there for everything?).
i wish i had read more reviews before i booled..

The location is perfect. They have great security. Rooms are very comfortable. Large bathroom. Loved the balcony views. Parking is a little walk but once you figure it out its not so bad. We will stay here again.

This is not the common hotel in the Condado area. It doesn't have a pool and breakfast is not a great thing. With that being said, accessibility to the beach (walk in distance), nearby Old San Juan, etc is great. I can honestly wear socks while in the room to ommit the dirty floor if prices keep being acceptable.

The hotel is amazing! The ease of checking in and the accessibility to attractions was amazing. A must see is the daily breakfast option on the 4th floor from 7am to 10am where continental breakfast provided was very nice and the staff member providing the continental breakfast were extremely nice as well. The staff was great at check in and check out, and they were more than willing to hold my luggage at check out while I enjoyed San Juan before my evening flight. There are are plenty of options for shopping and dining near by the hotel. I definitely recommend Costa Bahia Hotel for anyone visiting Puerto Rico.
