ポサダ コロニアル アパートメンツ(Posada Colonial Beach Villas)

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here very much. We were a group of 3 in the upstairs unit. Everything was just right for us. We're not resort kind of people but we don't stay in the cheapest we can find either. A/C is only in the bedrooms which was just fine for us. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Parking on the streets was no problem for us. The area seems a smidge sketchy but we had no worries at all. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again.

Okay stay, nice to have kitchen. I asked for a receipt & the manager maybe the owner said she’ll send it by email but didn’t get any That was about 2 months ago.

The owner was really nice and answered whenever called but where the property is located isn’t that good it’s noisy no washer/dryer in the apartment as it’s stated the owner offers clothing to be picked up and washed by them out of the property. The apartment was clean. The apartment we stayed at had another door going out to the garage that was unsafe. I travel with a special needs child so safety is a must. There were people hanging out in back of my bedroom window I was scared to even look and since we were just there for a couple of hours I didn’t want to bother with that but we could hear everything and it was super hard to sleep. The street when this apartment is located had abandoned houses on the same block. Limited parking but the owner helps with holding spots near the property.

The owner was extremely inviting, communicated everything in real time. The place was spacious- there is great food one block away. Short walk to the beach. You are in the middle of it all yet easy access to the highways to get to other destinations. I loved it. The beds are not soft but I like a hard bed.

We loved the little apartment and were very happy there for the price. The kitchen could have been a bit cleaner though if I actually decided to cook in it and we felt unsafe walking on the neighborhood's at night unless my 6’ 2” son was with us ( me and my three other kids). But easy walk to the beach and we ate several nights at the local cantinas which were about a 5 minute walk

Property was ok, we cleaned some things that were questionable. Tv was in the bedroom only so our guests couldnt watch anything. Coffee pot was broken, fridge was unbalanced, table legs needed tightened, bathroom sink was clogged, there was a broken window, and a broken fan, we fixed all except the broken window. Parking should be assigned when renting the property, i have a broken foot and can't walk long distances and sometimes we would have to park blocks away. We left the property cleaner then when we got there.

It was a good value for the one night emergency stay we had. The host was very responsive and helpful. The property and apartment are a bit dated but it was fine for us.

Older place but plenty of room. Parking was initially a problem, but communication with the manager solved. I'd recommend something to help with washing dishes (dish rags, towels, dish drain). After we got used to it things were fine. We reserved for another night on our return to San Juan.

Great location and beautiful place. There is no AC by the bunk beds but it has a fan that makes up for it.
