ホテル ベルヴェデーレ(Hotel Belvedere)

We had a fantastic skiing holiday with friends at the Hotel Belvedere for the second time. I had a triple room for myself and my 7 and 9 year old. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had a balcony with amazing views over the town and up to the mountains. There is such a family friendly vibe at the hotel and the 3 of us feel so relaxed and comfortable there. The pool and hot tub are added bonus after a day on the mountains and we loved eating in the beautiful newly refurbished restaurant, the food and wine were excellent. The hotel is perfectly situated for a short walk to the many shops, cafes and restaurants of San Martino. We can't wait to go back.

Fantastic stay yet again at the Belvedere Hotel - thanks to Andrea and his team for their superb hospitality. Great place to stay with ski bus at the front door, and short walk to all the main shops and restaurants in San Martino. Great value for money.

Very special place. Hotel seems standard upon arrival but what makes it special is the family that runs it and the restaurant. One of the sons is a sommelier which obviously brings the restaurant to a new level and the wine list is different and great. We ordered some of the bottles online even. The chef is phenomenal as we are very well each night, some nights being exceptional. Nowhere is close to matching the restaurant in San Martino. The rooms are being renovated one at a time but served their purpose of having 2 bedrooms separated by a bathroom which is how we travel with 2 kids usually. The owners are just as nice as you could be and the location had perfect parking. We recommend driving each morning to ski which is about 4 minutes away because the ski bus is cramped, you need to wait, and once we waited 1 hour in delay.

We stayed for the second time in the wonderful Belvidere. We were a group of 13 and everyone had a great time . We were really well looked after and made to feel so welcome . The ski bus stops directly outside the hotel and ski hire is very close. Andrea and his family made us feel completely at home and so welcome. Arranging restaurants and generally being very helpful. The hotel is clean , comfortable with great views from all the rooms. The pool and hot tub were lovely after a day skiing. Breakfast was delicious. Dinner one night in the hotel was lovely and great value for money . Can't wait for our next trip .

What a gem of a hotel. Andreas and his family are wonderful hosts, so friendly and could not have been more helpful. We stayed in one of the lovely newly upgraded rooms. Great views and super clean. Breakfast was included with plenty of choice to fuel you up for the day. Thank you Andreas and your team for a fabulous stay. We hope to come back soon.

Andrea and the rest of the team made us feel very welcome. The hotel is in an ideal location, rooms and public spaces were clean and attractive. Always someone available for advice and help. Ideal for the party we were with. Good facilities for storage, I heard the health sweet is good also, we had no time to try it!

This was our first time staying at this property but it won't be our last. We look forward to coming back and staying longer! Staff was welcoming and very kind. Room was immaculate and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the pool was a hit!

This hotel has a lovely staff who offers great service. Very professionel, great value for the money. Skibuss stops right outside. The meals were amazing. Some of the best in this region. But the heating is central (as pretty much all hotels in italy). That means I froze every night. We are in the alps, its cold in the night, the heating is off.. We adressed this issue couple times, but no solutions were made and I was even told there was heatingu in the floor, or that the temperature stays over 21c all night. All this was not true. The last day we missed a day on the slopes with sun because I got really sick. Ifyou are the type who freezes in the night you won’t meet any understanding from the most italians:”most people prefer to sleep like this”, as I was told. The last day the staff can so I didnt feel very well and suddently began to understand. But its too late. You are warned. I only give it 2 stars because our vacation ends so depressingly. That’s not the point with vacations?

We stayed at Hotel Belvedere in February 2020, just as Lombardy was going into lockdown. As we missed the hotel's centenary in 2021, we chose to go back in 2022. We received a great welcome back from Andrea and his lovely family. We were a group of 12 with different rooms options. Two of the group had booked into the newly refurnished rooms which were beautiful. My family of 2 teenagers suited the interconnected family suite. Breakfast is now served in the main restaurant which is more spacious. Covid mitigations are in place with limited shared touch points within in restaurant. We also ate within the hotel and I can recommend the delicious carbonara. There was live music in the bar on Thursday night, which was great fun, especially with a few of Andrea's Aperol spritz. The ski bus in right outside the hotel, so easy access to the slopes. Highly recommend this super friendly family hotel.
