This all-inclusive was a complete disappointment. All types of food were bland at the various restaurants and buffet. Nothing seemed to be fresh. We only tried the non-alcoholic drinks and they were flat and watered down. Fresh juice wasn't available or didn't taste like fresh juice. Soda drinks were flat, they don't serve you the drinks from the can. The beachfront area was completely closed off our entire time there. This was not disclosed in the website or prior to booking. Also not completely family friendly with kids. There is an elevator shared with the staff and it runs slow. Good thing was the view. For our next trip to Cozumel we won’t be staying at this hotel.

Staff and food were the highlights of this property. Otherwise it is a very small resort with small pool and very limited seating. Boring and sad is the best way to describe this resort. Not much to do here. I may have thought differently had the ocean front been open. It could be beautiful there with sand added and all the dining and bar open there but it sits vacant in need of TLC. We actually went down the road to beach club a couple days. Well worth it. Snorkling was great there but is deep right away and hard to get in and out of water from dock. Steps missing and railing lacking support. Would not go back until ocean front is open.

You need to note: THE BEACH is closed. You can walk accross the street but you can't have a chair or sit anywhere except on the sea wall. There is not food and no service. Don't go if you are going for the beach. The food is ok, nothing to brag about. The service is great. There is a push to buy their version of a time share. I would book somewhere else due to all of this.

The hotel is a bit old and dated, important parts like beds and TV’s are brand new and comfortable. Food was good but small selection but again this is a smaller resort. Unfortunately we had terrible weather, could not enjoy the pool or beach. Service fantastic and friendly

Even though the beach area wasn’t open yet the rest of the resort was very nice and the staff very friendly.

Location was nice, but the pictures were not even close to reality. No beach No beach bars nothing. There is only 1 bar on the entire property. The pool area is not very big but the staff is amazing. Nothing was open on the ocean side for Fiesta Americana. Price is right and food is good.

Staff was awesome. They went above and beyond to accommodate. Food was great. Snorkeling right in front of the hotel was excellent. Bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Website is misleading. They show an area on the website with cabanas that is not open. They also do not supply snorkeling equipment, kayaks, or any other water sport equipment. They don’t even supply lifejackets if needed. Reportedly, this area used to be opened and got closed by the local government due to some kind of zoning permit dispute.

Friendly staff, clean, food was great. Beachfront area was not in service while we were there.
