Not a place I would recommend , It is close by to the fwy and cruise terminal .. All in all not a well kept up establishment .. Better options out there ..

Staff was helpful when we had a problem with the door lock to our room. Switched our room and upgraded us at no additional fee.

I order Studio 6 San Pedro for pre cruising stay. Very disappointed that poor conditions for occupying (2 nights). Nothing for them to be represented as Studio nor motel / hotel except near to cruise port terminal

I had to move rooms twice. The bathroom was leaking when the people in the room above us was taking a shower. Complained and was offered another room to use the bathroom before checkout.

Ok at first glance. Didn’t realize this was an old motel 6. Room was ok. But it being a non smoking room and you can smell someone smoking in the building all the time.

My room was dirty there was a bar of used soap in my shower the tv and phone didn’t work at all. They changed my room the outlets didn’t work the light in the bath/shower didn’t work had to shower in the dark. Will never go there again. For $115 a night I expect way better.

When we first checked into our first room, the room was very musty, smelt like steel cigarettes, and the AC did not work, the TV did not work and there was no cord for the phone. So we went down on the elevator that takes forever, and seems like a death trap to switch rooms. Get switched to the room next-door. There is a cord for the phone however it doesn’t work the TV works and the AC works. The neighboring guests came home and was up partying until about 4 AM. The walls are super paper thin sounded like they were in our room. Our toilet started overflowing and the room above us on the third floor was HEAVILY LEAKING INTO OUR TUB at 3am. Staff extremely rude, entire building smells. Complete waste of money!
