Es un lugar frente al mar y sus habitaciones muy cómodas. Muy bien ubicada.

I arrived at check-in and was confused that the ‘exclusive room’ I booked on ******* was not available. Instead I was given the ‘master room’ which I specifically avoided booking. The front desk apologized saying ******* showed I booked the master room but that there was nothing they could do and I’d have to contact *******. ******* confirmed I did book the exclusive room and they tried calling the hotel repeatedly but the hotel didn’t pick up the phone. I showed the manager my booking and mentioned ******* is trying to contact them and they said “ok” and shrugged it off. Shocked that the hotel didn’t care and left it to the customer to sort out with *******. Condition of the room i was stuck with and didn’t book: the main door was about to fall off the hinges from rusted out hardware. Stains all over the bedsheets and furniture. Some of the lights wouldn’t turn on. Numerous window latches would not close. Room didn’t feel Secure. Ultimately ******* made right with me but the hotel did literally nothing and didn’t care at all. On top of this, there was a highly venemous yellow bellied sea snake on the beach in front of the hotel at night. While rare, the hotel also could have at least warned guests about the potential threat of any animals on/near the property.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel has an authentic, beautiful design and feels very thoughtfully put together. My upstairs room was comfortable, pleasantly quiet, and had everything I needed. What I appreciated most is that you really feel at home here. The staff and the overall atmosphere make the place feel cozy and welcoming, not like a typical hotel. The food is another big highlight. They serve amazing dishes, from sashimi to tacos, as well as great smoothies and breakfast options. Everything I tried was delicious. I also loved the beautiful and comfortable sunbeds in front of the hotel and the small pool, which is perfect when you want to have a quick dip without going into the salt water. On top of all that, I really appreciate that the hotel is run by a queer Mexican collective, which adds to the warmth and authenticity of the place. Overall, a wonderful place that I would happily return to.

Laid back, charming and colorful hotel right on the beach, with lots of personality, and a great little pool as well. They have a great bar, and the food is also SPECTACULAR. Everything I ate there was delicious. The staff is great too, always around and always helpful. Would def go back!

The staff was super friendly, and the view and location can’t be beat. Overall, I had an amazing stay. Only problem is it can be very very loud at night.

The hotel plays extremely loud music DAY and NIGHT. It never stops. The hotel should make a decision to be a night club or a hotel. Not both. The music is so loud it's stupid. Literally messy DJs playing music at screaming deafening volumes 10 feet from the rooms. Not cool. You'll make more money being chic and charming.

Chill vibe, interesting guests and friendly staff, liked the work space in the bar/lobby so I could get some stuff done with my morning coffee.
