Great little hotel, people that work there are so friendly especially Miguel. Cheers mate. Is it the most modern place?? Nope, its just an easy hotel thats a good base, right by the beach etc. If you want The Ritz, pay Ritz prices. I think its perfect where it is, ideal.

This was an excellent location with a very nice staff, it was a five minute walk from the beach with a small balcony with a wonderful view of the Mediterreanean.

My mother and I had a great experience at Hotel Internacional. The room is nice and cleaned everyday. The distance to the beach and the pool is a big plus. Big thank you to Dolores at the reception, she is so nice and keeps everything rolling around the hotel. At the buffet we were nicely served by Saloua, Ali, Angel and Jo-Maria. There was enough food and everything was refilled on time. Overall we had a pleasant stay and we will recommened this hotel to everyone. Hope to come back very soon!!

Some photos used is a bit misleading. It shows rooms that are very modern and updated. It could be that some room are, but it wasn’t the ones we saw. The actual room we stayed in had a lower standard and served mainly as a place to sleep. The nights are quite loud as the hotel plays loud music in the bar which can be heard late after midnight in the rooms. Ok. If you’ll just sleep. Eat food elsewhere. Under the train tracks for beach We ordered including breakfast, lunch and dinner. The items at breakfast were typical continental was okay. The lunch and dinner selection was very disappointing. We sat down at a table for dinner and was not told until after we started drinking the water (already placed on the table in an unassuming refillable glass container) that we must pay £2 euro extra for it. The gentleman who seemed to be the canteen manager was seen not being polite and yelled at a couple for sitting down at a table meant for 4 persons. However, there are no signs around the room saying that a table is in anyway reserved or that it was not free seating. He was loud and his behavior is unacceptable to paying guests, especially when everyone sits at the same tables at breakfast whether they are 2 or 4 persons. The guests were very polite and attempted to try to understand what he was saying- but how could they when he was suddenly having a very loud voice in Spanish and there were European and not Spanish speaking. Disappointing behavior from staff. Front desk was very polite and helpful.

We found this hotel really good and very clean. We went half board and found the food really good with plenty of choice. If you want a drink with evening meal you have to pay but like this most places. All staff are really friendly and helpful. Only down fall is no fridge in room other than this nothing negative about it. Just a word of advice you can not change money in hotel only at exchange shop near to church which staff can direct you to.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night stay at Hotel International. The overall value was excellent, especially the dining choices and quality for half board. The staff were friendly and efficient and there was no waiting for items at busy dining times. Our sea view room was good with a decent sized balcony and the hotel was convenient for the beach, shops and restaurants nearby. The train station is a pleasant 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The hotel areas were clean and welcoming and although the room didnt have a kettle, it was a good size with a comfy bed. We would definitely recommend this hotel as a base in Calella and would stay again if we ever visit this area in the future.

Great location close to beach, shops and restaurants. Only a short walk to station with links to Barcelona, Girona and Blanes. Clean room, friendly staff and excellent food choices. We paid a few extra euros per day to have a meal in the evening and it was such good value for money with lots of choices from quality dishes.

Very basic, very small, swimming pool much smaller than expected. Reception staff very polite, helpful & friendly. Fairly clean. Great breakfast. Not a fan of barking dogs in hotel, but I guess we should have noted when booking, that is was dog friendly.
