We only stayed one night, but the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I did not like was to be told that I was being charged $10 for parking upon checking out. I was never informed during Trip.com's booking, nor during check-in. The front desk attendant did negate the charge, but seemed to do so with hesitance and a look of "I'm doing a huge favor for you". She was not openly rude, but it was apparent that my complaint was not well received. I would wholly prefer that this fee is simply included in the cost of the room. As well, the parking in the compact car parking was certainly that - compact! I was driving a 2022 Genesis (a compact car) and the spaces are a bit cramped (yes, other compact vehicles were beside me).

Excelente, volvería a reservar;personal muy cordial y amables,ayudan en todo lo posible. si cobran el parking; pero así hacen descuento hablando con el manager, La habitación es idéntica a la q muestran en las fotos,muy limpio por fuera y por dentro Ubicación accesible a tiendas ,supermercados,bancos,parques,mall, menos de 5 minutos en coche.

The suite was ok. The housekeepers need to check the walls in the bathrooms because people with long hair had their hair all over the walls. A bit gross. Also, because our daughter got sick overnight, I asked to have the bed sheets changed out because we had to ***** them. Front desk and manager said they don't clean the rooms if only staying 3 nights. But I explained that it was an accident and sheets needed to be changed. They said "no, sorry." They said I could change them myself if I wanted to. Anyhow... this is the first time I've ever been told (at a hotel) that they could not help. They said there was no one available to change sheets (even though there was a housekeeper across the hall from our room). Nonetheless, that put a bad taste in our mouth. Also, remote was not working and overall, an ok stay, but I would not stay here again.

Charged for parking even though didn’t park there and told reception on arrival we would not be parking a vehicle there.

Welll- checked in at 3:00 and we were told the room wasnt ready for another hour... waited in my brother in laws room. His AC went out... asked hotel to correct the situation... they came into his room 20 mins later-door left wide open because of the excessive heat that was building in room and we had three kids with us. They threatened us with a $300 fine for ********* smoke.. which was absurd and insulting- we had children in our room AND the door was left open due to the heat but claimed they "smelled it in the hallway" (San Ramon was on an excessive heat warning) They claimed to have an engineer coming out, as another room also had issues with their AC... we asked that they focus on the AC issue... They left.. no fine btw.. they moved my brother in law into another room.. our room was finally ready... they gave us the keys to the wrong room, discovered after we walked into another guests room.. went back to reception, finally got the right room key.. we were settled around 5:00pm Took kids to pool later that night, we were told the pool closes at 10pm, got kids out by 9:55- Noticed a group of teenage girls were allowed to hangout till 11:00pm.. I stay at residence Inns by marriot often, because theyre great places for families. The room was great, $400 for a two bedroom suite. We had family come back to our room after the Service to look over old family photos. The housekeeper was very sweet.. but the staff at the front need to get some retraining. Do better.

Compact parking spaces were extremely tight even for compact cars. Other than that everything else was amazing!

Property was clean and easy to get to suite.
