パーク プレイス イン アンド コテージズ(Park Place Inn and Cottages)

This was a charming place to stay. Beautiful character and great amenities. My only downside is we did not find the wifi info but that is probably because we didn’t look in the right place. We had the upstairs of the craftsman and it was 2 bedrooms with 3 baths. Perfect for our group.

This is in a great location. It's just a short walk away from the area restaurants. Also lots of shopping is just a short drive away. Interesting place, im curious about its history. Everything was clean. The bed matress seemed old and was not comfortable to us, but we would stay here again.

The room was quaint with exquisite detail. Just minutes from Sanford airport and the vibrant downtown nightlife.

The cottage is part of an old home so it has some quirkiness to it which one would expect and we didn't mind, sort of shabby chic I would say. The outdoor seating areas were charming. Parking was plentiful and easy. An easy 15-20 minute stroll through beautiful historic neighborhoods to the downtown area which has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. The kitchen allowed us to eat in as well with full sized fridge, small range, and the basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Also, a washer/ dryer for convenience as well. Shockingly for an old FL home, we did not see 1 bug for the entirety of our stay. The only negatives that I could mention is that the windows were stuck shut, we would have like a little cool breeze, but I guess that lends to the no bugs and security. Also in the Ivy Cottage the vaulted ceiling was open to the bedrooms and living room so not much privacy as far as noise was concerned. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Another wonderful stay. The room feels like it should cost far more than it does and the property is walking distance to downtown Sanford. I'll probably be back in the next couple months for a little getaway weekend. Live this property

A bit shabby , but clean . Outside the rooms was lounging areas need to be cleaned / updated. Same with inside , needs updated. But Good value for the money, because your 1 mile form the waterfront , with bars, breweries , and restaurants.

Charming 1930’s property, cozy with great outdoor space. It could be cleaner. The owner is very responsive.

Very cool and cozy. Also very elegant. How do you mix those two? Don't know, but they did it. Have already suggested this place to others and will stay there again myself.

Very cute and quirky place if you want to stay somewhere different from a hotel Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed 5 minute drive into historic downtown for restaurants and shops Met the owner, Morgan, he was very nice
