Pros: The location is incredible right next to ski rentals, ski bus, and the Nassereinbahn. Excellent service minded staff, very clean rooms, ample breakfast. Cons: The dinner menu is limited. Quality and options could be better. Breakfast starts at 7:30, we would like it to open for 7, at least for coffee since the lifts open at 8:30. Our room was very hot, the only option was to keep the patio door open at night. This was not ideal as there was quite a bit of party noise during the night. Adjusting the thermostat didn't do anything. The ski room is fine, but a bit cramped. Lockers are small and the seating area is limited. The roof top pool could be 2-3 degrees warmer.

The hotel has an excellent location, right at the base of the ski slope, with the lift and ski rental very close by, which makes it extremely convenient for skiing. It is about a 10-minute walk from the village restaurants. Breakfast is great, but items were not always replenished, even around 9:00 am. The facilities are modern and pleasant, and the spa is very nice, although the heated pool was not warm enough. Room cleaning was basic and below expectations, with limited attention to detail. The hotel offers comfort but not true luxury. It is worth staying for the ski-in/ski-out convenience, but not ideal if you are looking for a high-end luxury experience. Communication with staff in English was somewhat difficult, despite their willingness to help.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location for both beginners and experienced skiers. The gondola is right outside. Genuine ski in and ski out and the pool was a great bonus. Staff amazing and the resort was great too.

Good location but still a 10-15 min walk to town. Frustratingly no access to any communal areas during 8pm-0730 so no place to take work calls etc or be outside your room. Hotel locks the lift and front entrance overnight so was locked in and missed a train. Hotel denied this and provided a lazy response.

Beautiful stay by the slopes Beautiful ski in ski out hotel by the lift. Rooftop heated pool was standout. Breakfast great and lovely staff.

Rooms are basic and no coffee in the room!!! No mini bar. Spa was only open from 2pm!!

Na 6 jaar nog een keer in Hotel Arlmont. Pluspunten: Topligging, vriendelijke staff (sterk verbeterd), prima kamers en faciliteiten (wellness, zwembad, ...). Ontbijt en lunchmogelijkheid prima. Verbeterpunt: Avondeten zeer middelmatig en niet attractieve wijnkaart, geen adres voor feinschmecker, gourmets.

Super Lage, ruhig und doch nahe am Ortszentrum. Direkt an der Nassereiner-Bahn. Im Oktober ist St. Anton sehr ruhig. Die Bahnen fuhren nicht. Dafür bot das Arlmont eine perfekte Basis für unsere Bikeausflüge. Eigener, top ausgestatteter Radkeller mit Lademöglichkeiten für e-Bikes. Auch unser Elektrofahrzeug konnten wir in der Tiefgarage laden. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Stellplatz. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und man ist auf besondere Wünsche ohne Umschweife eingegangen. Zimmer groß genug und Haus sehr modern. Ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Große Fensterfront, Bad mit Dusche sehr schön integriert, komfortables Bett. Ein Rucksack für Wanderungen steht auch bereit und bereits drei Tage vor Anreise kann man digital seine Bademantelgröße ordern, online einchecken und besondere Wünsche äußern. Auch während des Aufenthalts sind viele Prozesse digitalisiert. Spart Kapazitäten, die man sinnvoll im Service am Gast einsetzt. Rooftoppool war warm, Sauna mit schönem Blick ins Skigebiet. Service beim absolut hervorragenden Abendessen und dem sensationellen Frühstück immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und herzlich. Das war mehr als 4 Sterne wert. Auch das Reinigungs- und Hauspersonal war wirklich immer sehr freundlich. Zum Frühstück erhält man interessante Ausflugstipps mit Wetterbericht. Für uns perfekt. Wir müssen fast wieder kommen.
