The staff have all been very friendly. The hotel is very clean. We have had one issue with other guests being loud. This was sorted very quickly and easily. The food is generally good and there is plenty of food. However, there is not always a good selection. The systems in place for food and drink are very good for fully inclusive guests. Although it would be nice to have better access to tea and coffee. Such as a machine in the reception area.

the hotel is good the food is good for all inclusive and has amazing entertainment good security and has lovely view of the beach outside of the pool and has a great choice of food and drinks and staff are very nice and understanding to guest and has a lot of seating areas it was very good

good location with lovely views, some staff are friendly Eva in particular was friendly with the kids. tokens for drinks AC can be annoying especially when the drinks get removed from the tables and then they want another 2 euros for a token. rooms are clean & good for 3 star, food ok snacks in ac are good

The hotel room was lovely and the staff were absolutely fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. They helped us work out where the buses were and how to get from place to place. Would definitely recommended! Nicolas, one the staff, was extremely warm and very friendly!

Great hotel, no complaints. Food lovely, plenty of options with all inclusive drinks. Very clean hotel and clean rooms. On a small beach. You have access to both hotels. About a 20 minute walk into San Antonio. Really special treat to see they had given us a sea view room and a bottle of bubbly for my birthday. Highly recommend this hotel 😊
