This property was perfect for my family and I. The staff was very friendly and great. They were very helpful and respectful.

This is my new go to place to stay when I’m in the area. It feels like you have the property to yourself and the staff is amazing. The beds are comfortable, AC is great and room is comfortable. Great breakfast! I have no complaints and after so many bad local AirBnB experiences it’s refreshing to stay here.

This small and quaint inn was a perfect landing place for our Costa Rica travels. A Lovely and well-kept modern room was small and perfectly appointed. The staff could not have been more accommodating, as they even allowed us to use the inn to store our luggage until 8pm and to relax at in their lovely garden after check out. The dinner and included breakfast was spot on!

It is a lovely property with the nicest staff. Our junior suite was perfect and overlooked the tiny, but cute pool. Front office staff and every else friendly, helpful and upbeat.

Terrible hotel experience. We booked 4 nights in Jr Suite with a King bed and upon check in were given a room with 2 double beds. The front desk manager said our room was unavailable. (How is that possible when there is only 1 other guest in the entire hotel?). We told the front desk manager we would stay 1 night but have to cancel the other 3 nights and find another hotel. Evidently at that point he charged our credit card for all 4 nights. Our room had ants all over the kitchen area, rock hard beds and only 2 bath towels which were worn through and shouldn't be used in a car repair shop as a rag. When we checked out the next morning the front desk manager told us the owner of the hotel refused to cancel the other 3 nights and had charged us already. He said the policy requires 72 hour to change or cancel. I explained they did not and would not provide the room we paid for so there is no contract but the owner didn't care. Maybe other people who wrote positive reviews enjoyed their stay but I would never recommend staying at a hotel run like this. There are far better hotels for the same price in Santa Ana

Excellent staff and very relaxing vibe

Terrible experience . Stayed here a few times before would not return. Check in was great. Go to the bar at 5pm for a drink after a long drive - bar closed until 6 pm . Ok no worries let me order something to eat - closed until 6 as well. Went out to eat instead. Bed was hard as a board. Pillows old. Dog barking in one of the rooms. Asked to move was told you are leaving in the morning anyway . That was not the point. Will not return and do not recommend.
