Nice accommodation, location is perfect! Service is outstanding👍

Room was tiny and very old, shower door was only half way on. Great location and great from the outside, they just seriously need to remodel their rooms.

Outstanding location, close to everything we wanted to see. Staff was very good, excellent recommendations for places to see. We weren’t aware of the outside fireplaces when we booked but a very pleasant surprise for sitting outside to enjoy the ocean view!

Hotel Milo staff was wonderful and very hospitable. The facilities are clean and very accessible rain or shine!

Hotel Milo has the best location. Directly across from Stearns Wharf Pier. 10 minute walk to State Street. There is also a restaurant right next door for breakfast/lunch. The staff was really friendly. The valet parking staff was amazing. It was pouring rain, and they were running back and forth getting the cars soaking wet but still had a smile on their face. Although the valet parking provided great service, I don't like the fact that the hotel charges to park on their premises as a guest. Hotel guest parking should be included. It comes off as a way to nickel and dime the guest.

i did not like that if you come with a car they charge you 32 dollars valet parking it is not mentioned anywhere in the booking or did i not see something i find this a sneaky charge.. thed hotel next door offers free parking

I canceled my reservation because the storm put me at risk. I called exped]ia because I couldn’t drive there. They assured me that my insurance would cover it. I hope they don’t charge me for something beyond my power to control.

Always my favorite place to stay when visiting Santa Barbara! It is right on Cabrillo Boulevard, so simply walk across the street and you are at the beach. Everything is in easy walking distance from this location, and there are too many amazing restaurants to count! Very comfortable beds, linens and pillows, and the dear housekeeping staff took such wonderful care of me. I love this place!

Room is not for 6 adults Never designed for that purpose !!! Check in employee stated ******* is third party and Hotel can’t do anything It’s a real scam I can provide receipt with room number Photo and video I expect attention on this matter

Really enjoyed my time at hotel Milo. Really clean, I enjoyed my time and the staff was amazing! My favorite part was being able to use the bikes the hotel provides and going on a bike ride by the beach! It was amazing!!

Absolutely LOVED it and will be back! Cute and firepits with beach view for sipping wine - beds SUPER comfortable. LOVED every minute.

Our room #169 had one shower door so everything was getting wet in the bathroom. I had to valet my vehicle as well which I had been to this hotel before and did not have to do that. Not pleased

Rooms were small and run down. Power outage during the middle of the night (not hotels fault) but it felt very unsafe as I could hear people walking by room in the middle of the night as standing by our window. In the morning when going to check on status of outage the front desk had zero empathy. Since we were unable to use the keurig in the room I asked to purchase a coffee at the front desk and they refused to open the door as they didn’t want to let cold air out of fridge even though there was only soda and coffee in it, nothing perishable. No discount offered for inconvenience. Huge lack of customer service skills.
