Never had to write this bad of a review. Terrible experience for the what I spent on. First front reception impression was bad. 2 receptionists, one on the phone helping a lady with an issue. She seemed very stressed. The gentleman helping the rest of us making a line. When it was my turn, my card wouldnt go through. When the lady receptionist was done with the call she seemed like she was about to get a mental breakdown. He then decided to try my card on her side and was successfully processed. He didn’t explain or gave me any instructions about the key. Key needed to work the elevators and power in the rooms I had to figure it out on my own. He Didn’t offer or explained parking, I went back after we unloaded our stuff drove around and found out there was no place to park. The receptionist pretty much just processed my card. I stayed 3 nights and no one went into my room to take trash or pick up the dirty towels. Only thing they did was put a set of clean towels the night before my check out day and that’s about it. I was given an accessible room. I did not ask for one. A light on a night stand were unplugged. Found multiple lotto tickets inside the pull out bed. Toilet paper handle was broken. By the way…..what kind of bar closes at 8? The bartender didn’t seem professional or welcoming. When checking out I was asked how I wanted my receipt. On paper or email. I told her I rather get an email. I checked out around 8am and it’s 435pm and I haven’t received my email. The only people I will say were amazing at their job were the valet guys. They were friendly, helpful and did their job.

Fantastic place to stay. New facilities that is very well done. Parking below the hotel is convenient. Rooms are very nice. Staff is very l accommodating. Great value for the money!

Upon arriving hotel only had valet parking, which was fine. Check in was also fast. Room was very pleasant renovated and clean. We enjoyed the beds. When checking out our daughter slipped in the elevator. There was water spilled. When we made to the checkout counter we advise the employee about the incident. We were disappointed at the way it was handle. Employee offer no medical assistance or asked if our daughter was ok. I understand they were probably worried about the water spilled being cleaned up so no more accidents would occurred but also felt like there was no sympathy express. Overall besides that we did like the hotel. Would recommend staff be re train on handling accidental occurrences.

We’ve stayed at this Marriot property before and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The property is clean and the amenities are perfect. We stay for business but we’d also stay for pleasure as well!

Nice hotel! Way finding upon check-in is confusing. There’s a sign that says turn right to check-in, but it’s either the parking garage that says VALET ONLY or you think you turn right at the street. If the VALET ONLY sign said Valet and Check-in only that would really help! We ended up circling twice. Then one of use stayed parked (illegally) in the front while the other checked in. Great location close to downtown restaurants, shopping and the boardwalk!

Charged for parking when I specifically told them i wasn’t using their ridiculous valet parking. Should proof that I didn’t park there and they won’t refund me. Just a scam.

Room was cold and the heater was blowing cold air even when you turn it up to 85. Shower was lukewarm. Lobby was freezing. This tells me the hotel is trying to safe costs by turning all heating in the building down. Front desk acted as if you were an inconvenience to them. Valet parking only. Though usually not an issue, on Sunday evening it took 20 minutes to have the car parked as there was a single parking attendant. When you leave luggage, there is no secure room for them. They just tell you to leave the bags in the corridor. Overall, not a great experience because of poor management.
