Muito agradável...staff impecável.

The hotel is so nice, clean, quiet, equipped, staff friendly. There were not a lot of guests and hotel restaurant is open only for breakfast since winter is approaching but we had a good time. The room, with the bathroom, balcony were very comfortable, with all our needed amenities. Breakfast was also good with hot food, fresh fruits, bread and pastries, coffee and juice well provided. Checkin and checkout were quick. We had one problem about the sink not draining as fast, but they were receptive when we reported it. Nice hotel to stay in Graciosa, 15-20 mins nice walk to Santa Cruz center to get some delicious food.

Arrived early around noon and were told we could not have our room until 4. They said they were full and vey busy. Hotel was empty for the 2 days we were there.they gave us a room overlooking the parking lot and even though the hotel was empty wouldn’t give us a room that looked towards the ocean without charging another 39 euros a a night, the restaurant was closed, limited staff and an old moldy smell that they covered with some sort of smelling oil or cleaner. The room was clean. The hallways are dark on a sensor that turns lights on when you get to it. The gym had old Ruth at was mostly it working. Would never go back.

Advertising of restaurant but was closed for lunch and dinner. Not informed prior to arrival. Quality of breakfast poor. Advertised jacuzzi/ hot tub but not exist. Sauna not work

Perfect for island

Localização e hotel são bons para as circunstâncias. A interação humana terá de evoluir e algumas regras do hotel. Com Check-in às 16:00, como hora mínima de entrada, não há atenção para com o cliente, como acontece noutros hoteis.

O hotel situado numa zona agradável da ilha, com bons acessos o mar bem diante dos olhos. Espaço agradável para caminhar e relaxar a que hora seja. Momentos sossegados. Funcionários prestativos empáticos dedicados, saliento a excelente postura da funcionária Rita Pereira. Quartos com varanda seja para o mar ou para o monte onde sempre somos brindados com belas paisagens. O por do sol os moinhos a quietude excelente para recarregar baterias. Limpeza pequeno almoço variado, com atenção a sugestões livres de gluten ou lactose. No entanto não havia reposição. A carta para jantares ou almoços um pouco rudimentar pouco alusiva às matérias primas da ilha. Peixes frutos do mar e carnes. A parte do atendimento de sala também não é a mais cativante...
