Muy buena es bastante Cómodo . Hace falta climatizar las habitaciones pero está bastante bien 👍 👌 😌

Nigh**are started when I saw Cockroaches, first in the bathroom under toilet paper, then in the bedroom. Large and small. Old and dirty beds.

The hotel is in a very good location, has very fast WiFi. Rooms are cleaned daily. Cleaning staff really needs solid re-training. Every time I left the room, I closed the window so that no one could jump into the room while I was gone and steal valuable things there, such as a laptop, camera, tablet, etc. However, when I returned, I found that the window was wide open. My room was on the ground floor, so anyone could jump in and rob my room at any time (It wouldn't take longer than 1 minute). The window led to the courtyard where there were no cctv cameras. Despite complaining to the hotel manager for 5 days in a row, nothing changed. Even when I put a sign on the window asking the cleaners to close the window after cleaning, they simply ripped it off and left the window open again. This put me under a lot of stress because for several days of my stay I was constantly wondering whether my things were still in the hotel while I was away from the hotel... this is unacceptable!!! besides, two times my towels were taken away and I never got clean ones, I had to go to the reception and ask for clean towels... with all due respect but your cleaning staff really needs solid re-training

Good location, everything is in walking distance. Clean and big rooms! Shower especially was really nice, big, hot water and the water pressure was better than usual in hotels!

Very central, quiet and very convenient. I went back :)

I like the fact that Santa Cruz is a real city where local people live and work and go to school, and not only for tourists; a good mix. I wanted to iron a shirt and was surprised to learn that they did not have a single iron anywhere in the hotel.

It was tired, old fashioned, broken furniture and dirty. Wouldnt stay again

As advertised, the 8th floor apar**ent was clean and spacious with an incredible view from the large windows and the corner balcony. The four of us slept well in the queen bed and 2 single beds that we requested. The staff was especially helpful in assisting us with checking-in later than we had anticipated.

Part of our stay I was on my own (husband in hospital) and I felt very comfortable and safe here. Everyone very friendly. Although furniture was very tired and on the small side it was very clean and the water always very hot. The fan on the ceiling hardly made a change as not much air gets into the room, an air conditioning unit would be perfect. But, for the price we paid we couldn’t really complain.
