In general terms the hotel was great. In regards to breakfast, It will be great to have variety during the days, after 3 days you realize there is the same menu day by day.

The only two things that I did not like about this property was that the room had a wet or mold smell that we had to keep spraying a fragrance so that it will smell fresh in the room and they didn’t have face towels available for the stay.

I think this hotel is located in an amazing location, close to shopping areas, close to the beach, walking distance to dining areas. Very satisfied overall.. my only complaint will be that the rooms in this hotel are very close to the main street and you could hear a lot of street noise in the room.

Clean but dated. Met our needs for one night. Desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Bothersome street noise .at night from motorcycles and tuner boys. Near good beach bars and restaurants.

Property is a great location great beach restaurants across the street would book again . Only issue the two bedroom room had an ac in smaller room that didn't cool as good great as the primary room and didn't have its own remote had to switch back and forth between the rooms

I had to cut my stay short due to an unexpected situation. The management was very understanding and went over and beyond in their accommodations. The property is well kept with nice dining options on the premises and is in a very convenient location close to the beach. I would highly recommend this property.

The room was dirty! From the sheets to the appliances. The hotel is a good location but the cleanliness sucks! The general manager was so rude when I ask to speak to him and he even implied we were the ones who put makeup on the blow dryer upon Checking in! We literally had no makeup on because we were traveling all day! His first response was to check us out immediately as if we weren’t in a foreign country. He didn’t apologize until I brought to his attention his lack of professionalism and compassion. There was no compensation and a bunch of passive aggressive responses. Such a disappoin**ent for a quick bday celebration! Would not recommend if you care about cleanliness or good hospitality!

Great value and very clean and friendly. Easy access to beach and free towels and chair use. Only problem was that it does not have access to public transportation. So walk 1.3 miles to bus station or pay 20 for each taxis trip.

Loved this hotel. Lots of parking. Pool was nice. They are very friendly they provide beach towels and beach chairs. It was a nice area not in the center but still near everything you need. It’s only 5 minutes from the airport. We loved it and would return here.
