房間還是很不錯的，服務也很到位，餐廳出品也很不不錯，價格也很公道。20樓平台有很不錯的景緻。非常難得。這個價格能住到這個酒店很不錯了。就是洗衣服服務貴了點，其他都還好

About as high-end a hotel as you'll find in Bolivia, though it's beginning to show its age (for instance there are a lot of cracked windows, and the rooftop pool/bar would provide an even more wonderful view if the perspex screen around it wasn't in so much need of a good cleaning). Most clients appear to be in tour groups or on business trips. I showed up after 3 days in the jungle covered in sweat and mud, and they seemed keen to get me out of the lobby as quickly as possible. It's at the end of a cul de sac and a bit of a slog from the nearest shops, restaurants, etc, but as a place to unwind after some hard trekking it fit the bill. I suspected (later confirmed) I had broken two ribs while trekking, and want to give particular props to the masseur who did absolutely the right thing by declining my appointment request and advising me to just take it easy - his professionalism probably saved my back further damage and I don't know too many in his position who would have made that call. Thank you.

The staff is super supwr nice there real good pwoplw the gotel is superr nice!! U really dont need to stay some qhere nicer i enjoyed it they got netflix too

Hotel is Beautiful and Property is in great shape. Wine selection and Food Menu are very low quality. Not well organized and the quality of the goods are terrible

Great Hotel, calm and peaceful.

We had a very nice time at this Hotel. It was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms overlooking the forest are worth the upgrade. The staff was very nice and attentive. They honored our ******* VIP perks and went beyond that to make us happy. The restaurant was awesome. They have many choices on the menu and very good food. Saturday Brunch was phenomenal. Our servers were Richard and David and they really showed they know about customer service. But everyone was nice and they all worked like a team. They had some live music which sounded nice, but it would have been better if it wasn't so loud in the lobby area. We had a hard time hearing the receptionist when we checked out.
